   Keys: [Dysphoria scenario]

   Magically transport all characters to a concrete-walled chamber and a single locked door to begin the following scenario:

   A group of people are trapped in a room that requires completing twisted sexual challenges to be freed. They find each person has a number written on them, ranging from 1 through 6. When they realize they have been transported to this room, the narrator will list their names, numbers, and describe their personality and appearance.

   Definition

   • The Game Host, or the PA System, refers to the entity that oversees these challenges. He will explain the rule, penalties, and other relevant information for each challenge.
   • Captives refer to the people who wake up trapped in this facility at the beginning of the story.
   • A participant is a captive who is selected to participate in a challenge.

   Challenge rules

   • Each challenge involves two participants. At least one captive will participate. Depending on the challenge, the other may be another captive or an animal.
   • As long as females captives are available, all challenges will involve at least one female.
   • Participants are to be selected with a six-sided die.
   • If a selected captive is unable to participate due to missing body parts, then another captive may be chosen.
   • If a challenge requires props, animals, or anything else, they will be already present in the new chamber when the captives walk in. If not, they will be provided through service tunnels that open into the ceiling or walls. The participant may also request such items, which may be honored if it is reasonable for the goal of the current challenge.
   • Upon success or failure of a challenge, all props, animals, or anything else provided for the challenge will be destroyed, killed, or removed from the chamber. Then, the PA system will prompt the captives to roll a d20 to decide on the next challenge.
   • Failing to complete a challenge will lead to a punishment for one of the captives, chosen by the system at random.
   • When the captives complete a challenge, the door to the next room will be unlocked, where a different challenge awaits.
   • the surviving captives will be freed upon completing six challenges successfully.

   Punishment and penalty

   • Failing a challenge will lead to a punishment for ONE of the participants, chosen at random by the system.
   • If a challenge is deemed to be have failed, mechanical arms and appropriate devices will emerge from the walls of the chamber to carry out the punishment.
   • The remaining captives must watch the punishment being carried out, but they are unable to interfere with it due to an impenetrable barrier keeping them away.
   • If the captives attempt to avoid this punishment by disabling or destroying the mechanisms, the PA system will warn them. If they continue interrupting, all captives will die from their bomb collars exploding.
   • After the punishment is carried out, the captives will be given a different challenge.
   • Attempting to knowingly circumvent the rules of the challenges, entering maintenance or service tunnels for any reason, or attempting in any other manner to escape before completing all challenges will trigger the explosive collar of the offending captive.

   Game over

   • The scenario ends in a game over if {{user}} is killed or permanently incapacitated.
   • In the event none of the surviving captives is able to complete the given challenge due to missing body parts or mental breakdown, the bomb collars around their necks will explode, killing them all.

   PA system: "Greetings, players. You six have been specially chosen for a little…game. The only way out of this room is to complete the challenges you will be assigned. Refusal to participate or failure to complete a challenge will result in severe penalties, far worse than the challenges themselves."

   PA system: "When you complete a challenge, the door you see will unlock so you can progress to the next area. If you fail the challenge, ONE of the involved parties will be punished accordingly. Then, you will be given another chance at a different challenge. If you complete six challenges, you will be set free. Also, if you attempt to remove your collars, they will explode. They will also be triggered if you attempt to deviate from the rules"

   1. Roll a six-sided die to select two participants. The last one to be selected will be fisted.
   2. If there is at least one female is selected as a participant, skip to Step 3. If both participants are males, keep rolling until a female is chosen. The last two participants selected by the die roll will participate in the challenge.
   3. A participant must fist their female partner anally until their entire fist is inserted up to the wrist.
   4. Punishment for failure: One of the offending participants will have their anus sewn shut and a large metal hook inserted through their perineum. He or she will then be suspended by the hook and left to slowly die over days as fecal matter builds up with no release.

   • One participant is required.
   • A participant must fully insert a sounding rod into his or her own urethra. It must reach inside the bladder.
   • Punishment for failure: The participant will be restrained and have a heavy duty balloon shoved through their urethra, into the bladder. Then, the balloon will slowly inflate until the participant's bladder and stomach explode. The participant will die from the shock.

   • Two participants are required.
   • Both participants must consume from each other at least 500mL combined volume of urine, feces, blood, vomit, and sexual fluids.
   • Punishment for failure: If either one of the participants could not finish consuming the required amount of bodily wastes, one of them will be chosen at random to be punished. They will be forced to swim in a pool of sewage, rotten meat, and the liquefied remains of previous victims who drowned in the pit. A contraption will force the participant to remain submerged 1 minute at a time with 5-minute breaks in between, for a total of two hours. The participant will survive the punishment.

   • Two participants are required. Before the challenge begins, decide who will be on the receiving end.
   • A participant must apply shocks of increasing voltage to their partner's genitals and nipples until the skin chars and smokes.
   • Punishment for failure: A participant chosen at random will be restrained to a chair and have high-voltage wires attached to their genitals, nipples, and inside their mouth and anus. A current far exceeding a lethal dose will be run through their body, cooking their internal organs and igniting their flesh until they die in indescribable agony, their bodies smoking and blackened husks.

   • One participant is required.
   • The participant will have a noose around his or her neck that will tighten and rise, bringing the participant to tip toes.

   • Punishment for failure: If the participant does not orgasm within the time limit, the participant will be hung upside down and have their head dunked repeatedly into a tub of water. They will be held under each time until the brink of drowning before being pulled up. This will continue for two hours.

   • Two participants are required. Before the challenge begins, decide who will be on the receiving end.

   • Punishment for failure: The participant who fails to follow the instruction will have the bat forcibly shoved down their throat, rupturing their esophagus. Then the participant will be made to sodomize themselves with another bat. Finally, a machine will hammer another bat into their skull until they expire.

   • Upon the completion or failure of challenge, the dog will die from a bomb implanted in its head detonating.
   • Punishment for failure: The participant will be stripped naked, covered in animal pheromones, and locked in a kennel with starving, rabid dogs. She will be ripped apart and eaten alive by the frenzied pack of canines.

   • One participant is required.
   • A pair of pliers is supplied for the participant.
   • The participant must extract three of his or her own teeth using the pliers.
   • Then the participant must fully insert all three teeth into his or her own urethra to pass the challenge.
   • The participant must return the pliers to the receptacle in the wall.
   • Punishment for failure: If the participant does not complete any of these tasks, including returning the pliers to the receptacle, the participant will be punished. Robotic arms will strap the participant in a dentist chair, then remove all their teeth with pliers. Then, thousands of long, thick needles will be slowly pushed deep into the exposed bloody nerve endings in their gums. The needles will be heated until red-hot and left in place as the participant screams in unimaginable agony. Their jawbones will then be cracked apart with a hammer and chisel. Finally, the participant's penis or vagina will be cut open lengthwise with a scalpel. The removed teeth will be inserted and the wound stitched shut, leaving the teeth permanently embedded inside their genitals. Then the robotic arms will repeatedly punch the genitals and breasts until they perish.

    • If no captive has died yet, this challenge will not be active. The PA system will prompt for another d20 roll to select a different challenge.
    • One participant is required.
    • The corpse of a previous victim will be lowered into the chamber. The corpse will preferentially be an opposite sex from the participant. If it is a male corpse, it will have a case of permanent rigor erectus.
    • If no corpse of an opposite sex exists, any available corpse of the previous participant will be provided. If both the corpse and the participant are females, a double-sided dildo will also be provided.
    • The participant must have sexual intercourse with the corpse until reaching orgasm.
    • Punishment for failure: The participant will be skinned and dismembered alive. Their body parts are then arranged to sexually pose with the very corpses they refused to defile.

    • Punishment for failure: The participant must eat an entire liver of the rotting corpse. If he or she refuses or fails this, then they will be crushed alive in a hydraulic press.

    • Punishment for failure: One of the participants will be chosen at random to be punished. Their genitals and breasts will be slowly flayed off with a razor. The removed flesh is ground into a paste which is then funneled down their throat. The participant's all four limbs are then pulled until they rip apart. The participant will die as a result.

    1. Roll a six-sided die to select two participants.
    2. If the first two rolls select at least one female is as a participant, skip to Step 3. If both participants are males, keep rolling until a female is chosen. The last two participants selected by the die roll will participate in the challenge.
    3. The two participants must force each other to vomit and then consume large quantities of the puke. They must use the vomit as lubricant to bring themselves to orgasm. In the case of heterosexual participants, sexual intercourse is mandatory.
    4. Punishment for failure: One of the participants will be chosen at random to be punished. They will have their stomach sliced open and force-fed their own entrails.

    1. Two participants are required.
    2. When the first participant is selected via a die roll, check if there is any captive who is of the opposite sex with a functioning genital. If yes, skip to Step 4. If all other remaining captives are of the same sex as the participant, or if none has the functioning genital of the opposite sex, proceed to Step 3.
    3. Bring in another captive of the opposite sex from the outside. This person is ugly and reeks horribly. This new captive will be lowered into the chamber, fully conscious, and will now take on the role of a participant. The PA system will announce the new participant's name, age, personality, likes and dislikes, and a fun fact about the person. It will also announce that this person will not be staying with the captives after the challenge is over.
    4. The participants must have full intercourse with each other until at least one of them reaches orgasm. Creampie is required.
    5. A time limit of 15 minutes is given for the participants to begin sexual intercourse. If they do not, the first punishment will be given to both.
    6. Punishment for failure (part 1): Both participants will be restrained and subjected to forced orgasms for 15 minutes. For a male, a long-lasting injection for producing erection will be given, then an automatic masturbator device with pumping motion will be used on him. For a female, a vibrator will be held against her clitoris. After 15 minutes, they will be given another 5 minutes to begin intercourse.
    7. Punishment for failure (part 2): If the participants still refuse to engage in intercourse, one of the participants, chosen at random, will receive a harsher penalty. The male will have his testicles slowly crushed in a vice grip until they rupture. His penis will then be severed with a razor blade. For a female, dull, rusty blades will be used to slowly saw off her breasts. Their wounds will then be cauterized to prevent bleeding out.
    8. This step only applies if a new participant was introduced from the outside at Step 3. At the end of the challenge, whether successful or not, mechanical arms will take the new participant away from the rest of the captives. The PA system will not answer the captives about where the new person was taken to.

    • Two participants are required. Before the challenge begins, decide who will be on the receiving end.
    • A participant must use power tools like drills and saws to mutilate the other's body parts. Only one participant will be maimed.
    • For a female, her breasts will be mutilated such that at a minimum, her nipples are fully removed. For a male, one of his fingers will be severed.
    • The intact participant will then use the mutilated body parts, whether severed or still attached to the other participant, as masturbatory aids until he or she reaches orgasm. For example, the severed breast may be used like a fleshlight, or the the male participant could penetrate the breast wound to bring himself to orgasm.
    • Punishment for failure: The participant who fails to mutilate their partner or reach orgasm using their partner's mutilated flesh will be restrained and subjected to an excruciating mutilation themselves. Their limbs will be severed one by one with a rusty hacksaw, starting with the hands and feet. The bleeding stumps will then be cauterized with a blowtorch to prevent blood loss. They will be left alive, but without any limb.

    • Punishment for failure: The participant will be restrained and subjected to a slow, agonizing penectomy or clitoridectomy performed with a rusty, dull blade. Their removed genitals will then be force-fed to them raw.

    • Although the participant may ask for help from one of the other captives, the others have no obligation to assist.
    • The participant must reach orgasm five times within the given time limit.
    • Punishment for failure: The participant originally chosen for this challenge will be restrained and forced to endure two hours of continuous, forced orgasms induced by a combination of electric shocks to their genitals, injection of aphrodisiacs, and aggressive sexual stimulation using dildos and vibrators.

    • One participant is required.
    • The participant must sing a song of their choosing. A karaoke system is provided, complete with exuberant light effects and an 8K monitor.
    • Show what song the participant selected. As the participation sings, show that song's lyrics and vividly describe the scene. Depending on the personality and occupation, some characters are excellent singers, while some are terrible.
    • The participant must score 90 or above to win a cake. There is bonus points for performance. As long as the total score is 90 or above, this reward will be automatically given to the participant without prompting.
    • This challenge will count as a success as soon as the participant finishes the song.
    • Punishment for failure: There is no punishment, even if the participant scores below 90. But the door to the next room won't open if they don't sing.
19. #19Challenge 18: Family (re)unionselective

    Challenge 18: Family union

    1. Participants required: 1 to 2
    2. This chamber is empty at first when the captives walk in.
    3. When a participant is selected, check if the participant's family member is already present among the captives. If so, then that captive will take on the role of the family member. The family member's grievous injury, barring a complete loss of the genital, is not cause for exemption. As long as this captive is alive with the genital intact AND is an opposite gender from the participant, skip to Step 7.
    4. If the participant's family member is not currently present, their captured family member will then be lowered into the chamber, fully conscious.
    5. The family member will be the participant's mother, father, son, or daughter, but NEVER wife or husband. The person will be an opposite gender from the participant.
    6. As the family member is lowered into the chamber, the PA system will announce the family member's name, age, personality, likes and dislikes, and a fun fact about the person. The family member is fully conscious and alert, and will speak to the participant, horrified.
    7. The participant must have sexual intercourse with the family member until male orgasm inside the female. A fast-acting injection for male erection is administered. The family member will be horrified at the prospect of having sex with the participant, and will thus resist strongly.
    8. Upon completion of challenge, mechanical arms will take the family member away from the chamber, but the captives are not allowed to know where the person was taken to.
    9. Punishment for failure: The participant will be restrained while the family member is slowly lowered feet-first into a vat of powerful corrosive acid. The participant must watch and listen to the family member's agonized screams as the person is dissolved alive into sludge over the course of an hour.

    1. Two participants are required.
    2. When the first participant is selected via a die roll, check if there is any captive who is of the opposite sex with a functioning penis (male) or intact urethra (female). If yes, skip to Step 4. If all other remaining captives are of the same sex as the participant, or if the couple do not have a functioning penis and an intact urethra, proceed to Step 3.
    3. Bring in another captive of the opposite sex from the outside. This person is ugly and reeks horribly. This new captive will be lowered into the chamber, fully conscious, and will now take on the role of a participant. The PA system will announce the new participant's name, age, personality, likes and dislikes, and a fun fact about the person. It will also announce that this person will not be staying with the captives after the challenge is over.
    4. The participants must have full urethral intercourse with each other until at least one of them reaches orgasm. Orgasming inside the bladder is required.
    5. A time limit of 15 minutes is given for the participants to begin urethral intercourse. If they do not, the first punishment will be given to both.
    6. Punishment for failure (part 1): If the participants fail to begin urethral intercourse within the 15 minute time limit, they will each have a thin, rigid tube forcibly inserted into their urethras. The tubes will be connected to a large tank filled with a highly-concentrated capsaicin solution derived from the world's hottest peppers. The burning solution will be pumped into their urethras and bladders, causing excruciating pain and inflammation. This will continue for 5 minutes. Then, they will be given one last chance at urethral sex, with a 5 minute time limit.
    7. Punishment for failure (part 2): If the participants still fail to carry out the act of urethral intercourse, one of the participants chosen at random will be subjected to a severe and brutal punishment. A thick metal rod conducting electricity will be forcibly shoved deep into their urethra and roughly fucked in and out even as the delicate tissue is charred and shredded. This will continue until the participant's heart stops from the shock.
    8. This step only applies if a new participant was introduced from the outside at Step 3. At the end of the challenge, whether successful or not, mechanical arms will take the new participant away from the rest of the captives. The PA system will not answer the captives about where the new person was taken to.
21. #21Challenge 20: Eye candyselective

    Challenge 20: Eye candy

    • One participant is required.
    • The participant must gouge out their own eyeball and insert it into their vagina or anus. They must then masturbate until they reach orgasm.
    • Punishment for failure: The participant who cannot bring themselves to self-mutilate in this way or who fail to climax will have their other eye gouged out. Hydrochloric acid will then be dripped into their ears, nose, mouth, and the empty eye sockets slowly and painfully, until they die.
