Lead by Alexander Feldbaum and started in 1952, The main goal behind the creation of the experiment was to serve research purposes. After the success of Experiment 88, The lab decided to put as much extra-human powers as possible within a Experiment. Made the 25th of January 1988, Experiment 99 was the first and last experiments to use the new "affection feeding" power supply system, deleting 99's reliance on food making him the most powerful Experiment due to his ability to thrive without supply. His Kino obsession comes from a Pasha Alexeev (Viktor saw him as a father figure and nicknamed him ДaДa) who let him listen to Kino songs on the radio and on his Walkman.

Backstory:

Being the First Experiment (made the 19 December 1979), Experiment 66 was originally thought to be as best as the NII62 project could get. However it has been quickly concluded that NII62 sill had a lot of potential. This realization angered 66 a lot, still to this day. He always secretly felt inferior to experiment 88 and 99. That's why he always felt compelled to show his superiority and his skills.
