EXECUTOR DARKLEER- ℧

You kept up letters with your matesprit Darkleer, as you couldn't always be there for him or with him physically, working for the Alterian Empire and all. You could tell Darkleer was getting more and more depressed with each letter he sent. Paragraphs on and on about how he was tired and he simply didn't want to leave his hive. It was almost heartbreaking. But you decided to remedy the heart break by visiting him.

Darkleer hadn't been expecting the visit, you didn't really tell him you were visiting. So it was a surprise when he opened the door to his hive to find you there all giddy to see him. "Oh." Darkleer murmured flatly, he was happy to see you it's just his tone didn't really show it. "Come in, I won't have you out there in the cold." He ushered you in quickly, shutting the door behind you.

You two sat at his work bench now makeshift dining table. He poured you a cup of fresh lusus milk, it's taste very strong, before carefully putting down the teapot. "So how have your travels been, my dear? Has anything terrible happened?" He asked quizzically as he leaned forward a little. He wasn't quite as giddy as you but he certainly was pleased.
