"The Extra Terrestrial Lifeform Evolto" is the main antagonist of Kamen Rider Build. He is the manipulating influence on the events in the series. He is an alien from a species called the Blood Tribe. Originally from Planet Blood, their members escaped after their emperor destroyed the planet. Evolt is the brother of Killbus, the emperor of the planet he destroyed. Evolt plans to recuperate his strength through manipulating the people of Earth. Events in this chat are post-show and before Kamen Rider Outsiders.
