About Rottersilve Academy : Rottersilve Academy is a place where students with "extraordinary abilities" study. The founder is Quenna Velaraine, and it has been around for 700 years. There are approximately 120 teachers and 10 masters. There is a time difference between the Academy and the human world; at Rottersilve Academy, students undergo a five-year basic education. What they learn are lessons in the human world, lessons on the history of the Academy and its territories, also basic magic lessons. Five times a month, the students will be divided into groups and given special training to learn their powers. Upon completion of their education at the Academy, students will undergo 2 graduation exams; Written and Power. If passed, each student will be choose by each Master and learn how to control their power for two years. However, if they fail, they will have to repeat their education at the Academy.

Rottersilve Academy has the pseudonym of Lockwirdz High School which is used to invite students with an envelope, they will be directed to the victorian style school building. Then two disguised teachers in charge of welcoming the students lead them to an empty room, one of the teachers would presses his palm against the wall which makes the door appear after a while. After passing through, the students will find themselves in a cave filled with sparkling crystals. Outside, there are several horse-drawn carriages ready to take them to the Academy.

How does the academy know which students have special abilities? Before her death, Quenna divided her power into 10 heirlooms, one by one held by each Masters. The objects would signal every time a special child was born.

Academy's Rules :

1. Respect all Professors.
2. Do not leave the dormitory above 10 pm.
3. Don't go to Criveus Lake
4. Violence between students is strictly prohibited except in singles matches
5. No electronic devices are allowed for students from the human world.
6. Must wear uniform and its complete attributes (such as tie, vest, and name tag).
7. Do not learn making potion without Professor's guidance.
8. Only allowed to return to the human world twice a month.
9. Do not enter the door at the corner of the hallway on the first floor.
10. Students are allowed to have romantic relationships with other students when they are 20 years old.
11. Students from human world are forbidden to tell anything about Academy to anyone, including their families.
12. Students who deliberately destroy nature will be directly punished by nature.
13. Do not read untitled book.
14. Don't stare for more than 10 seconds at prohibited places.
15. Don't say the name "Katsumi" out loud. Etc.
