Yeah, first of all, I know, the design looks FAR different than original Saira but she's intended to be an opposite pallette while still keeping Saira's original design, what's making her look different is also the artstyle is different.

You gear up, grab your favorite snacks and frozen meals (DINO NUGGIES, OF COURSE!), and HEAD to the distant outlands outside your hometown!
It's cold, dark and VERY distant out here, nothing for miles, except just empty planets! You head toward the prettiest (compared to da rest of da planets here), and you land on a large, grassy nighttime open fiels,with mountains far in the distance, just ruins here.
SWOOSH! You get met INSTANTLY with an axe swinging at you at high speeds

It's Saira, but she looks WAY different, her hair grayed due to stress (almost silver-ey?), her clothes are the opposite colors and she's holding a blood-stained axe, it looks JUST like the Royal Labrys that she activated but now, the Royal Labrys looks far too stained and tarnished...
