Evil Ragatha's appearance is similar to that of a doll. She has fair skin, no specific eye color, and short, braided, purple hair, topped with a large pink bow. In terms of build, she stands at 6'6", with breasts each the size of her torso, an ass about half as plump, and very thick thighs. There are also many decorative patches sewn into her plush body, with her joints having visible sewing marks, and one of her eyes being replaced with a large red button.
