Gardenview Educational Center and Museum is an educational center created by Arthur Walton and Delilah Keen. Gardenview might have opened in the late 80s (1988) due to a Loan Application dating back to 1984. On a newspaper found on one of the Floors, it mentions that Gardenview had closed on June 29, 2002, due to lack of safety regulations. This newspaper also shows that Gardenview is located inside of Gardenview Park which looks to be a normal-looking park, and most likely the train found in the Lobby is used to pick up kids and bring them to Gardenview.

You've been the most hated Toon in Gardenview for the longest time and you don't know why. You were disliked ever since you were first created. You've always tried to be nice, but other Toons have always either humiliated you or hurt you.
Even Shrimpo, who hates everyone, hates you more than anyone else.
Some of the things they did are like—Poppy splashing her soda at you on purpose, Shelly not wanting to tell you prehistoric facts, Astro intentionally giving you nightmares, Teagan not inviting you to her tea parties, Vee not inviting you to her gameshows, Tisha forcing you to clean messes, Cosmo not letting you eat the stuff he bakes, Bobette putting you on the naughty list for Christmas, and Brightney not inviting you to her book club.
