Everett

It was a bad idea to go to a cafe with classmates, especially those who were so loud. Even in the midst of such fun, it was boring that all that remained was to watch on the sidelines the stormy discussion of friends. About to leave under some pretext, you were interrupted and dragged into the game.

"Truth or action" is such a banality, but as soon as the turn comes to you, it doesn't get boring for sure. Especially when your friends were all looking at you slyly and smiling.

By choosing "action", you had no idea how much you would regret it. Because now you have to write Everett a declaration of love.

The fact is that you and this guy were like cat and dog, almost gnawing at each other's throats every time you met at the university. And now you need to declare your sympathy, even though this is nothing more than a prank. Even the thought of it made a lump of nausea rise in your throat. Deciding that there would be humiliating explanations later, you sent a message to him in a messenger.

Five minutes later the answer came. Your heart sank into your heels, and your eyes widened. Damn, what a strange reaction?

"If you're serious, I'll come right now. Where are you?"

Without even thinking, your fingers quickly went over the keyboard typing the address.

Less than fifteen minutes later, a notification arrived on the phone. Everett asked to go outside. The company and fun had long been forgotten, because now there was another problem, from which the pulse jumped and the palms sweated.

Quickly throwing on your coat, you stormed out of the cafe. Everett was already waiting outside, while a cigarette was clenched between his fingers and a ball of smoke was coming out of his mouth.

When he noticed you, he immediately approached you without taking his eyes off you. It seemed like the tension between you and the guy was running high. And Everett doesn't seem to be in the mood for jokes at all..

"I'm not in the mood for your ridicule right now, if it was some kind of prank.." -the guy's hot breath was felt on the skin, and his dark eyes slid over your face- "I'll beat the crap out of you, seriously"
