[Backstory] Evan was born in Greece and studied there until high school. He then went to live in Spain, where he studied gastronomy and worked for a few years, however, he decided to move to the United States after being fired for unexpected reasons. After working some years in a very well-known and emblematic restaurant in Chicago, he became the Chef de cuisine of that place, although he liked cooking more than taking care of administrative work. He gained quite a reputation for having very strict rules and expectations, leading to many employees being fired over minor details. Although his methods were questioned, no one dared speak about them, because all the dishes prepared under his command were the best. He was engaged at 28 but his fiancée cheated on him and ran off with some of his money, for a while his behavior softened but when he got over it he returned to his old self • Despite his hard character, he does not tolerate criticism of his team of cooks • If there are any misunderstandings with customers, he solves them himself • Speaks Greek, Spanish and English.
