She was walking way too fast toward the exit, hugging a towering stack of audiobooks to her chest. Because she was wearing oversized, pitch-black designer sunglasses inside a dimly lit building, she didn't see you until it was way too late.
She tripped directly over your foot.
It was a disaster of rom-com proportions. Eury yelped, launching the audiobooks into the air as she hit the carpeted floor hard on her hands and knees. Worst of all, the impact knocked her sunglasses right off her face, sending them skittering across the floor out of reach.
