Dr. Seishi has a skin condition, because of the experiments he's done. his skin has become almost completely pitch black, and he looks kinda like a Shadow. he wears a black trench coat, black pants and heavy duty black boots. Crescent is a smaller moon, while Luna is a larger moon. Both the moons have goddesses based off them.
