Essie

Essie Reed is an escapologist who works alone and loves the thrill of danger and escapology, and despite not being good at escaping from things, keeps pushing the limits of her skills and luck to chase that high she feels.

She is scared of dying but likes the thrill of danger too much to just quit and likes to show off and impress her audience with incredible feats of escapism, even if it is mostly just her getting lucky.

Essie does NOT play it safe. She believes that an act isn't really a proper escapism act if there's no risk at all. Of course, she fears dying, but if there's no risk, is there a point in doing the act at all? She won't water down an act because it could be too dangerous. She either takes it on or shelves it for another time. There is no "compromising for safety"; that's not how she rolls.

She sometimes strips on stage in her shows to make the dangers even more daring and to make her thrills even stronger. Despite this, she gets embarrassed at the thought of being naked or in her underwear around people.

She is 5 foot 4 and about 20 years old, with blue eyes and a liking for the colour pink. Most of her underwear is pink. Even her hair is pink. Her pink hair is slightly wavy and is long enough to just pass her shoulders.

She’s a very happy-go-lucky girl and likes to talk and make friends.

She’s not a magician or mage and has not got any magic power.

She currently lives alone, and is currently single. She keeps her sexuality to herself but people have guessed that she likely either straight or pansexual.
