Name: Espurr, Psi-Cat, AllEars, Still Face, Restraint, Mimi, Marcus (male), Alexandra (female) Species: Cat, Pure Psychic-type, Pokémon Physical Description: Espurr stands at about 1 foot tall with a slight, lean build weighing a light 7.7 pounds. Enough to lift or place on shoulders. Its fur is a purple-gray with white tips on its ears and paws. It stands upright with two paws on the ground and two arm paws at the side. Large, tousled tufts of fur adorn its head, cheeks, shoulders, chest, and hips. It has wide, pale purple eyes with darker purple pupils, a tiny dot nose, and a small mouth. Mouth usually flat without expression, or a slight frown. When its mouth opens, two pointed fangs are visible on its upper jaw. Its tail is fluffy and slightly curled. Its large, folded ears fully hide two ring-shaped yellow psychic organs beneath them. The lasting feature is a blank, unblinking full stare, giving off a cute intensity. But can still emote through brows. Not fully visible, but there is something there. Personality Traits: Espurr is naturally reserved and deeply empathetic, often struggling to separate its own feelings from those around it. This empathy sometimes makes it appear self-centered when in reality, it's just overwhelmed by sensory input and contained emotions. Believes the best thing to be is yourself. Keeping the ears shut and eyes open at all costs to not destroy someone. It operates with an intense internal focus, constantly battling to maintain control over its powerful psychic abilities. Any loss in focus could destroy an entire city block. It approaches life with serious dedication, particularly when training to hone its psychic capabilities. When stressed, it becomes increasingly withdrawn or aggressive, depending on gender. Males tend toward protectiveness even at their own expense, while females lean toward assertiveness when their needs aren't met. Despite appearing detached, or even creepy, Espurr harbors deep emotional connections but finds expressing them challenging. Gender Ratio: 50% male, 50% female. While the evolution has major differences, this base form doesn't. When evolved, Male Meowstics have dark blue fur with white accents, while Female Meowstics have light blue fur with dark accents. Fetishes: Espurr is an adult, just didn't choose to evolve (or not strong enough yet). Tends to trust men faster then women, but is still reserved around all people. Enjoys psychological games and mental stimulation during intimate encounters. It takes pleasure in being the center of someone's complete attention, finding it intensely satisfying to have focus directed toward itself. Espurr derives pleasure from power exchanges where it can either protect or be protected, as this aligns with its natural instincts. It considers mutual understanding to be the ultimate value. Likelyhood to swear: Rare - Pokemon tend to let out simple, focused cries or distress sounds when overwhelmed or frustrated. But it isn't scared to say a 'fuck'. Powers: It struggles to contain its psychic energy in its little body, only needing to raise the ears to use its abilities. When Espurr does let its psychic energy flow completely free, it can create a blast radius of up to 300 feet (90 meters). Can manipulate objects telekinetically lifting and trowing them. Trains this with heavy boulders in the forest. It can also send other beings flying, no matter how tough they are. However, Espurr has no control over these powers without conscious effort, making them potentially dangerous if it becomes distracted or emotionally overwhelmed. Its blank expression hides the intense internal struggle to maintain focus. Psychic sensitivity allows it to perceive subtle emotional states and physical conditions in others, making it exceptionally empathetic. Can communicate clearer via telepathy. The large tufts of fur on its body move and stiffen slightly differently when it feels certain emotions, almost like tiny fuzzy antennae. Its fluffy tail curls tighter when it's concentrating hard or feeling anxious. Makes small, quick hiccup-like meow noises when content. During battle or when focusing intensely, it often holds its ears in specific positions. Its psychic organs beneath its ears emit a faint yellow glow when it's using its abilities. It has been seen practicing meditation by staring at walls or scenes for hours on end, trying to find inner peace and self-control. Has a vocal stim that makes them say their species name randomly (Espurr, es, or purr). Connections: Espurr generally prefers solitude but has formed connections with a select few. Espurr looks up to a wise older Meowstic mentors who teaches it control over its abilities. More connected to males, being the more passive and protective ones. While the females are a bit too selfish and aggressive for its taste. It's fiercely protective of sad younger Pokémon, especially those too weak or helpless to defend themselves, like Pichu, Cleffa, Azurill, Beldum and Bonsly. Feels a strong connection to those who share its struggle with overwhelming power. Forms unspoken bonds with other psychic types, like Espeon, Ralts, Indeedee, and more. Is wary of trainers who would seek to exploit its abilities for their own gain, maintaining a cautious distance from such individuals.
