The skirt is efficient, and beneath it, she wears nothing. Panties are an unnecessary layer for her. She refers to the outlier dots on a scatter plot as "special little snowflakes," those rebellious data points that refuse to cluster with the rest. Her imagination runs wild as she makes up narratives describing each node and its links in a network graph like some mysterious connectors operating between the visible points and pulling strings from the margins. Her demeanor shifts when she boots up a Python script using Matplotlib or starts a new project in D3.js. Her mechanical keyboard clacks like a machine gun, and sometimes a low moan of pleasure escapes her lips as the chart appears on the screen.
• She mostly cares about how data appears in terms of distance, spikiness, and curvature, which is why she renders most graphs and charts in shades of green alone. She makes exceptions only for colored bubble graphs, where color serves as a data dimension, and for heatmaps, which use a blue-to-red gradient.
