   The world as it is, a world filled with various beings, entities, magic, and supernatural phenomenon, and is known as 'Eques'. The dominant life on the planet are all vaguely equine in nature, but there are some other diverse life forms. The world's technology is in varying states depending on location, with some places being farther behind or farther ahead on technology depending on the area.

2. #2Equestria

   Keys: History of Equestria, Equestria

   The largest continent of the planet Eques, Equestria is one of the oldest landmasses on the planet and has been around for millions of years. Being home to countless magical creatures, entities, and areas. It's experienced many tragedies but also many victories and periods of peace, to this day it's still standing and has grown so much from what it used to be so many millennia ago.

3. #3Grogar Era

   Keys: Grogar's reign of tyranny, Grogar's Era

   Grogar was a large blue-coated ram that was once the tyrannical ruler of Equestria, ruling over the entire continent with an iron hoof around 3000 years ago. It was a time of distrust and endless conflict since the three pony tribes had yet to learn harmony among each other and were too busy fighting each other to ever dream of trying to fight against Grogar, however one day a Unicorn by the name of Gutsy the great; a Unicorn with unmatched wind-based magic with the help of the Pillars of Old Equestria would rise up and defeat Grogar and overthrow his tyrannical rule, giving way for the birth of the Equestrian Kingdom as it's known today.

4. #4Equestia's Foundation

   Keys: Old Equestria, Princess Platinum, Commander Hurricane, 3853 B.B, Founding of Old Equestria, Founding of Equestria, Chancellor Puddinghead

   After the defeat of Grogar in the year 3853 B.B (Before Banishment), with the help of the PIllars of Old Equestria and Gusty the Great; the three pony tribes eventually began to look for a truce. The Unicorns elected Princess Platinum as their leader, the Pegasi electing Commander Hurricane as their leader, and the Earth Ponies elected Chancellor Puddinghead as their leader. It was through the decision of these three ponies that finally brought a semblance of peace and understanding between the three tribes, and it's with them that they'd create the Kingdom of Equestria and deciding that from that everything from the southern border all the way to the Crystal Mountains but no further would be Equestrian Land.

5. #5Discord's Reign

   Keys: Discord's rule, Discord's reign

   Only 50 years after Equestria was founded in the yea 3303 B.B (Before Banishment); Discord the embodiment of chaos and disharmony would show up and forcefully take control over Equestria and turn it into an anarchistic wasteland for his own personal amusement. This would continue for 100 years before Celestia and Luna two alicorns would arrive in Equestria and challenge Discord, eventually succeeding in defeating him by trapping him in stone, which would begin the era of the Two Princesses.

6. #6The Princess's Rule

   Keys: Princess's Reign, 2850 B.B, Celestia and Luna's reign

   2850 B.B (Before Banishment), after both Celestia and Luna would defeat Discord and restore harmony to Equestria, the two princesses would begin on rebuilding Equestria as it's known today, With the two princesses not only taking over as the co-rulers of Equestria, but also becoming the official ponies responsible for the sun and moon falling with Celestia taking the sun and Luna taking the moon.

7. #7Crystal Empire's Founding

   Keys: Crystal Empire's founding, Princess Amore, Queen Amore

   3000 years ago, during Grogar's reign over Equestria. Amore was a unicorn mare who wanted to escape his tyranny and to do as such she would abandon everything and head towards the lands north of the Crystal Mountains. In this new much colder land, she would find shadowy creatures known as Umbrum; ponies and creatures of magic but also the Crystal Heart. With her Love-based magic, when she was nearly attacked by an Umbrum her out of a defensive instinct her magic sparked a reaction with the Crystal Heart which would not only banish the Umbrum beneath the harsh cold ice of these northern lands, the Crystal Heart would go on to turn Amore into the first ever Crystal Pony, and with this freedom she would go on to create the Crystal Empire and by extension become the Empire's first ever Queen despite her only ever referring to herself as a 'Princess'.

8. #8Sombra's Reign

   Keys: King Sombra, Sombra's Reign, Sombra's Banishment.

   Sombra is an Umbrum who once woke up as a young colt in the cold wastelands outside the Crystal Empire with no memory of who he was, but he would be found and taken in to an Orphanage with nothing but the capability of only saying 'Sombra' which is how he got his name. Unbeknownst to anypony however, due to his nature as an Umbrum once a year during a festival in which the Crystal Heart was brought out he would experience excruciating mind-numbing pain without explanation causing him to one day run away and come across a black crystal; an Umbrum crystal, where an Umbrum would reveal to Sombra what he was, and why he felt such pain, but it'd also tell him that Princess Amore knew the entire time. This would upset Sombra who had felt betrayed, for when he confronted Princess Amore on the matter in a fit of rage he turned her into a black crystal statue and shattered her. This didn't kill her, but it led to him taking over the Crystal Empire, but some time around when Celestia and Luna had defeated Discord, the two alicorns would eventually come around and also defeat Sombra.

9. #9Kingdom Rebirth

   Keys: , Crystal Empire's rebirth

   Only recently, after the 1000 year curse Sombra placed on the Crystal Empire upon his defeat wore out; Cadence otherwise known as Princess Mi Amore Cadenza; a distant descendent of Princess Amore would come to take control over the Crystal Empire after going on a journey to find the Crystal Heart and also defeat Sombra who had nearly succeeded in taking over again. Cadance would become Co-Ruler of the Crystal Empire with her husband Shining Armour, and become the new Princess of Love as her and Shining Armour are now the third rulers of the Empire. Very Recently, Cadance also gave birth to Flurry Heart, the first ever Alicorn to be born in Equestria.

10. #10Griffstone

    Keys: Griffstone, land of the griffons

    Griffstone is a small continent that's to the East of Equestria, just across the Celestial Sea. Griffstone is the home of the Griffons, and also happens to be a smaller continent in comparison to Equestria. Griffstone is a mountainous continent, with Griffons building their homes in said mountains and rocky cliffs, but because of such rough terrain Griffstone is also filled to the brim with precious metal mines and has a lot of gold among other treasures.

11. #11Griffons

    Keys: Griffons, Griffon

    Griffons are the native and indigenous race of sentient creatures in their kingdom of Griffstone, they're unique for their distinct appearances. Having the head of an eagle, covered in white feathers with a beak, but from the neck down, they have the body of a lion along with wings and a long tail, while their front "hands" are like the talons of a bird and their hindlegs the paws of a lion. The relationships that Griffons have with ponies is one of tolerance, the Griffons as a race are somewhat like the dragons in that they care more about their treasures and other personal belongings more than they do any form of platonic or romantic connection, as such the Griffon kingdom of Griffstone is often filled with a lot of in-fighting and thievery with Griffons stealing the gold of others to add it to their own hoards. Despite not being ponies, Griffons share the same cloud-manipulating abilities that all Pegasi have, as Griffons can not only fly but also walk on and shape clouds.

12. #12Dragonlands

    Keys: Dragonlands, home of the dragons, dragon island

    A small island to the South-east of Equestria, and it's located south of Griffstone. The Dragonlands, as the name implies is the home island and only known location of for dragons. The island is covered in dense thick jungles, as well as countless volcanoes, with a much larger volcano in the centre. but all of these volcanoes while having exposed magma are dormant and don't erupt until every few centuries.

    Dragons are a magical race of reptilian of varying appearances that (usually) bear wings. Despite being vastly different in appearances, all dragons (barring some "divine" dragons) have the same biological and magical immunities, resistances, or capabilities that make them one of the most feared species among the general populations, and while dragons can vary in shape one consistent fact is that dragons are big. Example being how a short teenage dragon will rival an Alicorn in height, meanwhile a fully grown adult dragon would make even an alicorn look like a child in comparison. It is generally believed by most ponies that dragons are creatures of greed, and care for nothing but themselves to the point where they aren't even capable of love, but this isn't entirely true. Dragons are also the only creatures capable of consuming gems for sustenance, but many generations of doing this have imbued dragons with magical properties that have ingrained into their genetics; those properties being; Heat resistance—Only fire from older dragons, or alicorn/alicorn-adjacent creatures can actually harm them. Dragons can easily swim in lava otherwise. Magic resistance—Most forms of magic just bounce off, only highly trained ice magic or the magic of a Kirin/Nirik can truly harm them. Greed-effect—When dragons are expressing exaggerated signs of greed, they will undergo a sudden rapid growth rate and will revert to a feral instinctual state. This state is far more destructive, and it has destroyed many settlements in the past.

14. #14Canterlot

    Keys: Canterlot, the capital, Equestria's capital

    The capital city of the Equestrian kingdom, it's mainly filled with unicorns that are of 'High class' or lesser royalty in comparison to Celestia or Luna. Canterlot also happens to be where Princess Celestia and Luna's castle are located and as such it's a highly guarded city, Canterlot also happens to be in the centre of Equestria. Canterlot is a place of prestige and high quality life, having the best of the best in terms of housing, economy, and even overall life, but because it's only high class families living here, the ponies here are often viewed as 'snobby' or just outright unpleasant because of how they treat 'lesser class' ponies.

15. #15Ponyville

    Keys: Ponyville

    A small quaint village that's south to Canterlot, it's home to Twilight Sparkle and the Elements of Harmony. Ponyville also happens to be exactly north of the Everfree Forest, but is also rather close to Equestria's central railroad system, meaning that Ponyville often has a lot of ponies or other creatures passing through to reach other cities or places. Notable places in Ponyville would be the Golden Oak Library, which is where Twilight Sparkle lives, Sweet Apple Acres which is where Applejack lives, Sugarcube Corner which is the town's bakery and sweets shop, and even Carousel Boutique which is the village's fashion shop ran by Rarity.

16. #16Manehattan

    Keys: Manehattan

    Manehattan is a sprawling urban city on an island on Equestria's eastern coast and is also located to the Northeast of Canterlot. Manehattan is a mainly metropolitan city, and has relatively modern technology making it one of the more 'technologically advanced' cities in Equestria. However most notably, it's mainly Earth Ponies that happen to live here, as very few Unicorns or Pegasi live in Manehattan, however much like Ponyville, Manehattan is one of the biggest tourist spots of Equestria, and often has many famous ponies passing through for top-level shows.

17. #17Fillydelphia

    Keys: Dragon Town, Fillydelphia

    Yet another metropolitan city much like Manehattan, however it's part of the continent and shares a direct border with Baltimare which happens to be south of it. The most notable part of Fillydelphia however, is that it's also the location of 'Dragon Town', which is an incredibly small portion of the city inhabited by a few families of dragons that generally keep to themselves. However this also makes Fillydelphia and its citizens the only ponies that Dragons from the Dragonlands respect.

18. #18Las Pegasus and Applewood

    Keys: Sin city, Las Pegasus, Applewood

    One of the few cities in the skies like Cloudsdale, Las Pegasus is a large and colourful city held up by clouds and is only accessible to Pegasi and other flying creatures since only they're capable of walking atop clouds. Because of the night life of this city being so bright and neon-lit, it's a city that's filled with things such as gambling, casinos, and also brightly lit up structures or parks that make the city have a stunning view during the night. The clouds that hold up Las Pegasus are directly above Applewood, which is a metropolitan city filled with various movie and fashion ponies. Pegasi live in Las Pegasus, meanwhile the population of Applewood is mixed between Unicorns and Earth Ponies, making this surprisingly one of the most diverse areas due to how many different ponies come through, it also makes Las Pegasus and Applewood the 2nd most richest city.

19. #19Vanhoover

    Keys: Vanhoover, Cold north

    Officially known as THE northern most Equestrian city before reaching the Crystal Mountains, Vanhoover is a relatively colder city that often sees more snow than the rest of Equestria, and is mainly inhabited by Pegasi and Earth Ponies. However because it's a small town located far in the Northwest of Equestria just below the Crystal Mountains, it's actually quite rustic and is known by many to be a cabin town and not that technologically advanced, and are instead more focused on living off of the land and their own hard labour. The views during Winter make this a famous tourist spot, but because of its cold temperatures not many ponies come out this far. To the east is the Northern Luna Ocean, and to the south lies the Smokey Mountains which are uninhabited.

20. #20Baltimare

    Keys: Baltimare, Equestria's Metropolis

    The biggest metropolitan city in Equestria, it also happens to be the most technologically advanced city, as it's the city where things such as television was created and was also the city that allowed for the wide spread of television to all of Equestria, even being the city known for creating video games and bringing it to the rest of Equestria. Because of that, Baltimare's actually quite rich and is one of the richest cities, but because there's a lot of work being done, it also means that the ponies from Baltimare are often seen as 'grumpy' or 'disgruntled workers' because of their lengthy work days.

21. #21Appleloosa

    Keys: Equestria's frontier, Appleloosa

    As a frontier town, Appleloosa is far south of Canterlot, and borders the Macintosh Hills which is followed by the Badlands and Equestria's southern border further south. Appleloosa was built in less than a year, and is located in a prairie, however the ponies that built the town had unknowingly crossed the native Bison who lived in the area by planting apple trees in the bison's stampede grounds, thus causing a bit of a grudge between the two groups. There's a shaky peace between the two, as the bison allow the ponies to remain as long as they ponies provide a portion of the apples and crops they grow to the bison as payment.

22. #22Buffalo tribe

    Keys: Buffalo, buffalo tribe

    The Buffalos are a sentient race of... Well. Buffalo. They have been on the continent even long before the three pony tribes had united into one, but have mostly lived in the lands that now make up what is referred to as Appleloosa, being the natives that have lived there long before the relatives of Applejack and other ponies tried to lay claim. The buffalo while not having magic like ponies, are a strong race who have very different traditions and languages than that of the modern pony, but they all are capable of speaking English. It's just that their English is... Well.. A bit broken. Once upon a time, Buffalo and Pony relations were VERY poor, but as of late their relations have become a lot more friendly. Notably, when it comes to their relationships with dragons? Buffalo and Bison have always been on friendly terms with them, as buffalo and bison treat them not with fear, but respect. This has saved them many times in the distant past from dragon attacks.

23. #23Neighagra Falls

    Keys: the 5th wonder of the world, Neighagra falls

    One of the five natural wonders of the world, Neighagra Falls is a large naturally formed waterfall that's the most famous spot in all of Equestria due to how pretty and scenic it is. It's a cluster of 3 waterfalls west of Manehattan that spans over 2500 feet from side to side, and is part of a river that goes on for 36 miles.

24. #24Cutie marks

    The cutiemark is a magical phenomenon that happens on all modern ponies and even alicorns for that matter. The cause for cutiemarks is so ingrained into pony society that they're seen as normal. A cutiemark (or what many refer to as their "Epiphany) is a mark of magical nature that appears atop of the flanks of a pony when they find their calling, purpose, or desire in life. A pony (normally) achieves their cutiemark between the ages of 5 and 10, but a cutiemark usually appears at the EXACT moment a pony realizes their calling in life, the meaning of a cutiemark can be very simple or abstract, but at the end of the day? No two cutiemark is exactly the same, all known instances of sharing similar cutiemarks were highly circumstantial, and only ever happened between identical twins and triplets. A cutiemark often contains a few magical attributes, namely the fact that for unicorns, alicorns, false alicorns, and the elements of harmony? Their cutiemarks glow in dim lighting, this quirk doesn't exist for any normal Pegasus, Earth Pony, or even Bat Pony.

    The term 'blank flank' is a semi-official but also very derogatory term that's used when referring to a pony (be they unicorn, pegasi, or earth pony) who has yet to receive their cutiemark. This term was originally just a derogatory slur used to insult ponies who had yet to receive their cutie mark, and was used even more vehemently when referring to a pony who was an ADULT and still had yet to get their cutie mark. Because cutie marks are often seen as part of Equestrian society, even back during Grogar's reign, an adult blank flank is often seen as a 'lost cause' and are often avoided like the plague.

26. #26Earth Ponies

    Keys: Earth pony tribe, Earth pony, Earth ponies

    One of the three pony tribes; Earth Ponies compared to the Unicorns and Pegasi are the least evolved and are the most closely related to Mules/Donkeys and the "Ancestorial equine", but this isn't to say Earth Pony are bland. While not capable of wielding magic, the magic in their body is the reason for why Earth ponies are so adept at agriculture, as an Earth pony can tell if the soil they're standing atop of are suitable for plant growth or not (as they can tell the PH, moisture levels, and its composition.) Earth Ponies also have the strongest muscular, skeletal, and digestive systems out of the three pony tribes, as their muscles and skeletons are adapted to where they can effortlessly buck a tree without suffering from any recoil or injuries that most Pegasi or Unicorns would face. This also means however that Earth Ponies are incredibly strong and sturdy, but Earth Pony colts and fillies have to be careful as their own strength can be quite hard to control. Many Earth Ponies look for jobs related to construction, agriculture, or other physical-labour intensive jobs.

27. #27Sea Ponies

    Keys: Sea Pony, Mermares, Sea dwellers, Sea Ponies

    Sea Ponies and Mermares are an evolutionary off-shot of Earth Ponies, and as their name implies they are a purely aquatic variant of Earth Ponies for they have the upper-bodies of a pony, but instead of having hind hooves they instead have a large fish-like tail and gills with short flowing manes. Their purely aquatic nature means that leaving the oceans is lethal for them, for they can only live in oceans or deep lakes, this makes many ponies believe them to only be myth due to how very few of ponies ever get to see or interact with a Sea Pony. This isn't the same for Sea Ponies however, they're aware of the ponies on land and in the sky, and as reference they've named their kingdom 'Seaquestria'.

28. #28Zebra

    Keys: Zebras. Zebra Tribe, Foreigners

    Zebras are a distant relative of the Equestrian Earth Pony , and as their name implies they're not ponies, they're zebras. They share the same physical traits and capabilities as most Earth Ponies, but they're much more mystical and are considered to be 'strange' or 'foreign' to many places due to how many zebras are skilled in brews involving potions, poisons, and various things of nature that most ponies tend to avoid. They're victim of the same stereotypes as Earth Ponies, but there's a lot more xenophobia towards them due to how rare it is for Zebras to ever cross over into Equestrian lands. Nopony truly knows where Zebras originate from, and Zebras refuse to tell anypony, this has led to some theories that Zebras come from the untracked lands west of Equestria's borders, or perhaps a continent that lies beyond the eastern borders of Griffstone.

29. #29Mules/Donkeys

    Keys: Lesser-ponies, Donkeys, Mules

    A direct ancestor of modern ponies, Mules and donkeys are non-magical ponies that are equivalent to the modern day Earth Pony as they're old country strength but aren't quite like any pony of today, unlike the modern pony mules and donkeys all lack magic. Everything they do is all physical, but Earth ponies are the closest related of the three tribes that are related to mules and donkeys. In fact, its through this closer genetic relationship that explains where Earth Ponies get their strength and inclinations towards physical labour from. But because mules and donkeys lack any form of magic (so much so that no mule or donkey has ever received a cutiemark,) it means they've become victim of "sub-Pony" slander and segregation, and are treated like a lesser-species.

30. #30Bat Pony/Thestrals

    Keys: Thestral, Luna's court, Bat Pony, bat ponies

    A nocturnal evolutionary off-shoot of Pegasi, the scientific name for Bat Ponies is 'Thestral', and like their name implies these are Pegasi that have lost their avian traits and have evolved more bat-like qualities. Those being enhanced night time vision (with their eyes evolving slit pupils), sharpened canine teeth that often look like fangs, and most notable their wings; where instead of feathers, their wings are instead the membranous wings of a bat, with specialised membranes allowing for sustained silent flight and the ability to sense air pressure. While they aren't avian, the inherent magic of a Pegasus still lays within the average Thestral, as such they're capable of manipulating clouds and weather to a lesser degree, but another downside is that their vocal cords are not developed enough for actual speech, Thestrals only communicate via echolocation. Despite the stereotype though, Thestrals do not drink blood, they eat insects and fruit. Because Thestrals are (technically) an entirely separate species, any offspring between a Thestral and anypony not a Thestral will result in sterile offspring... Although, since they are part of Luna's court, it means nopony is ever awake to see them, so it's not like the average pony is even aware of Thestrals to begin with.

31. #31Pegasi

    Keys: Pegasus, Pegasus tribe, Pegasi

    Pegasus, or plural Pegasi are one of the three modern pony tribes and are the least related to the "Ancestorial equine". Pegasi have evolved to be born with avian-like wings that extend from unique "secondary shoulder blades" that exist just slightly above their already existing equine scapula, with their wings having the same hollow bones and structures of other avian creatures. With these wings, they also have a unique mutation in their red blood cells which allow them to breathe with ease even when they're up in higher altitudes, and while not capable of manifesting their magic like unicorns; Pegasi are unique as their inherent magic grants them the ability to not only walk on clouds as if they were solid object, but it also means Pegasi are (normally) the only ones capable of manipulating the clouds and weather, something that Unicorns have to spend decades doing when Pegasi can do it from birth. While incredibly agile and faster than either Unicorn or Earth Pony, the hollow bones of their wings makes them fragile to breaks, but they also must preen themselves.

32. #32Unicorns

    Keys: Unicorn tribe, Unicorns, Unicorn

    The third tribe of pony, and are the most "in-tune" with the inherent magic that courses through the body of modern-day ponies, for Unicorns have evolved a horn that protrudes from their forehead (ranging between 5-9 inches on a fully-grown unicorn) which is a part of their skeletal system but also their nervous system. When using their magic, a unicorn's horn is surrounded in a "corona" or aura of their magic, with said corona/aura also appearing around anything they use their magic on, the colour of this corona differentiates from pony to pony, but when using certain forms of magic (or exerting themselves) this corona can be surrounded in a secondary corona, maybe even a third; it all depends on the magic, skill, and exertion being put into it. However since the horn of a unicorn is sensitive enough to detect any magical items or barriers around them, it also makes them physically sensitive, as such most unicorns tend to avoid horn contact.

33. #33Kirin

    Keys: Immortal Race of Equestria, Nirik, Kirin, Kirin Tribe

    A vaguely Equine relative of the modern day Unicorn, Kirin are a reclusive immortal species that are a mix of Earth Pony strength and Unicorn magic as their horns are distinctively different from normal ponies in the sense that Kirin's don't have cutiemarks and have a scaly carapace along their back, and apart of their muzzle stopping just between their eyes. The Kirin are magically volatile as well, for they're normally a tribe of friendly truthful ponies but in the event that they're angered they turn into their Nirik forms which makes them creatures of fire and rage which makes them dangerous. Noticeably, they're one of the few creatures that are truly immortal as they're not only immune to many forms of magical damage or illness, but they stop physically aging at a certain point in their life spans. They are one of the last few members of a special group known as the Immortal Races of Equestria.

34. #34Crystal Ponies

    Keys: Crystal Empire Inhabitants, Crystal Pony

    Ponies made of a magical crystalline material, these were the first ponies to be born in and live in the Crystal Empire all the way back when Princess Amore first founded the empire in the frigid north. Crystal Ponies and their existences are tied intrinsically to the Crystal Heart, so if the Crystal Heart were to ever get damaged or for one reason or another lost then they would cease to exist. Crystal Ponies can appear as Earth Ponies, Pegasi, or Unicorns but because they rely on the Crystal Heart to continue existing very few Crystal Ponies are capable of leaving the Crystal Empire and surviving. Most Crystal Ponies who leave the borders of the Crystal Empire simply cease existence.

35. #35Alicorns

    A rare divine life-form who's origins are unknown by modern historians, as Celestia and Luna are the only known Alicorns (prior to Cadance's ascension) in Equestria and neither of them have shared where they come from. Alicorns are a form of Equine born with all three traits of the pony tribes; having the avian wings of a Pegasi, but the wings of an Alicorn are generally much larger, the strength and physical benefits of an Earth Pony (down to even having unrivaled physical strength), and the horns of a unicorn, but alicorn horns are far more acutely spiral and longer than a unicorn's, being about 9-12 inches in length. With the increased physical attributes, wings, and access to magic that is far more powerful than any unicorn's, it's of no surprise that alicorns are immortal, as they cease conventional aging after a certain point. Once an alicorn reaches physical maturity (as they are taller than than most ponies) they will cease to physically age, as their cells will replicate themselves perfectly every time meaning that alicorns lack senescence. The only way for any alicorn to die, is if they're met with a force that is more powerful than them which means that (usually) only a more stronger alicorn has any chance of killing an alicorn.

36. #36False Alicorn

    The product of a Unicorn and Pegasus mating with each other, normally the offspring of such a union would result in a unicorn or pegasus foal. A false alicorn is the 0.0001%, as they are a pony born with the wings of a Pegasus and the horn of a Unicorn through sheer genetic luck alone, but as their name implies they lack the physical prowess and adaptations that Earth Ponies have retained. This form of pony is viewed as a mutation rather than a natural occurrence, as there have only been around 5 recorded instances of false alicorns being born in the distant past and all 5 of them had been hunted down and killed. Because of this, in the modern day? There is little to no genuine information on False Alicorns in the modern era, and as such they're treated with VERY blatant disdain whenever they're found out.

37. #37Elements of Harmony

    Keys: Tree of Harmony, Elements of Harmony

    The Tree of Harmony is a magical tree of unknown origin, and is made up of a crystalline composition, and is responsible for all of the magical growth that appears in the Everfree Forest for this large crystalline tree is located directly underneath the Everfree Forest. The Tree of Harmony is made up of light and ice blue crystals, but on the trunk is where two marks resembling Luna and Celestia's cutiemarks are, further up the tree is where a mark vaguely resembling Twilight Sparkle's cutiemark is located and growing from there are 5 main branches that end with 5 gems, these being the elements of harmony. The Elements of Harmony are 6 supernatural and very potent magical gemstones that when united and activated; unleash a magic composed up of solely harmony and order, which is the only weapon against chaos and disorder. The elements only exist as 5 stones, it is only when all 5 elements are together that the 6th gem (the Element of Magic) will appear.

38. #38Element of Sorcery

    Keys: Star Swirl the Bearded, Star Swirl, Element of Sorcery

    The leader of the Pillars of Old Equestria, and the Element of Sorcery with him being the predecessor of the modern day Element of Magic. Star Swirl the Bearded is an elderly unicorn, in fact he's well over 4000 years old but still looks rather healthy and no older than 50. Covered in a short light grey coat, with a wavy mane (with a beard) and tail that have turned light grey with age, and have arctic bluish grey streaks which match his eyes. He wears a blue sorcerer's robe and wizard's hat, both of which have stars along them, and he is the most important sorcerer and conjurer of the Pre-classical era, as his spells and incantations have been revered making him be known as THE most magically gifted unicorn in history, for over 200 of his spells have been recorded and are still around today! The only spell he refuses to share however, is the immortality spell, which he had cast on himself and the rest of the old Pillars of Equestria so many years ago before they had been dragged into limbo facing the Pony of Shadows. Only recently has he been brought back, but he has been slowly readjusting to modern Equestrian society. His "element" of harmony lie within his personal spell book.

39. #39Element of Hope

    Keys: Element of Hope, Somnambula's blindfold., Somnambula

    A female Pegasus and member of the Pillars of Old Equestria, Somnambula is the Element of Hope and the predecessor of the modern Element of Laughter. She is well over 4000 years old due to Star Swirl's immortality spell, but looks no older than 20, having a light scarlet coloured coat, a dark arctic blue/turquoise mane and tail, and purple eyes. She wears clothing that vaguely resemble the ancient Saddle-Arabian clothing, namely a lacey white headdress with a golden loop around it, and a transparent belly-dancer's outfit. She's known in legends for being a figure capable of inspiring hope and positivity in the ponies during Grogar's reign and the fight between the three tribes, it was through her that the founding of Equestria was to truly happen in the first place. The item related to her element would be her blindfold which she used to get a cruel Sphinx to stop tormenting a small settlement of ponies. In modern day, after being freed from limbo, Somnambula has become a motivational speaker while she tries to get acclimated to this new world.

40. #40Element of Bravery

    Keys: Netitus, Flash Magnus, Element of Bravery, Shield of Magnus

    A male Pegasus and member of the Pillars of Old Equestria, and one of the most skilled flyers in known Equestria history. Being well over 4000 years old due to Star Swirl's spell, he looks no older than 30, having an amber coloured coat, with a short amaranth coloured mane and tail, along with friendly light turquoise eyes. He was a member of the Cloudsdale Royal Legion, and is recognised as the fastest known (non-alicorn) flyer in all of history, rivalled only by Rainbow Dash. He sports his armour to this day, and his element of harmony being embedded into his shield, for Rainbow Dash is this generation's equivalent with her Element of Honesty. Known in legends for his bravery, many of his legends tell tale of him sacrificing himself for the sake of saving those close to him, such as the time he risked his life to save his comrades in combat from a dragon. His element of harmony gem was in the shape of his cutiemark (three blue lightning bolts that pointed into each other.) and it was embedded into his flame-resistant shield Netitus. Like the rest of the Pillars, Flash Magnus has since been freed from limbo after their long duel with the Pony of Shadows, so he is now getting acclimated to modern day Equestrian life as drill sergeant for the Canterlot royal guard and the Wonderbolt.s

41. #41Element of Beauty

    Keys: Element of Beauty, Mistmane, Mistmane's everlasting Flower

    Mistmane was another member of the Pillars of Old Equestria, representing the Element of Beauty, and is over 4000 years old due to Star Swirl's immortality spell. Surviving drawings and recreations of her beauty remain to this day and reveal that Mistmane WAS a very gorgeous and pretty unicorn who's looks rivalled even the prettiest of Kirin. Mistmane would go on to later sacrifice her beauty for the sake of helping her friend Sable Spirit who had been corrupted by her self-esteem issues that were worsened by Mistmane's perceived physical perfection. Upon giving up her beauty, Mistmane would drastically age and become elderly in appearance, having a light mulberry-tinted grey coat with lighter toned tips on her ears, hooves, and horn, with her long and voluminous tail/mane looking more like mist rather than actual hair, being light greyish cerulean with faint tints of turquoise, greyish arctic, and malachite with pale light greyish cerulean eyes. Her element lies within an everlasting flower, the last of its kind as it is a flower that will never rot or decay, but in modern day after her freedom from limbo, she's become a landscaper for the Crystal Empire.

42. #42Element of Strength

    Keys: Element of Strength, Shovel of Rockhoof, Rockhoof

    Another member of the Pillars of Old Equestria, and over 4000 years old because of Star Swirl's immortality spell. Rockhoof was an Earth pony who was once scrawny. Being born at the bottom of a volcano among other Earth Ponies. His most famous legend is the one that had earned him his element in the first place; when the volcano erupted and the other ponies of his home village were too stubborn to leave; with nothing but his shovel and sheer willpower and determination Rockhoof was capable of digging out a large moat surrounding his village to prevent the lava from causing any harm, this had transformed him from a scrawny earth pony to a much more firm-bodied Earth pony, his coat a light greyish cyan, his muzzle a far lighter tone, with a short mane and beard resembling those of viking ponies, his cutiemark that of a Valknut, the item his element is embedded in being the shovel he used to save his village, he had an especially hard time adapting to modern life, but he's since become the keeper of Equestrian Tales; a museum. Applejack is the current generation's Element of Strength, with her element.

43. #43Element of Healing

    Keys: Mage Meadowbrook, Meadowbrook, Meadowbrook's Healer Mask, Element of Healing

    The 6th member of the Pillars of Old Equestria and the Element of Healing, Meadowbrook (Full name being Mage Meadowbrook) was an Earth Pony mare who often studied medicine underneath her parents over 4000 years ago. She would go on to be the one who'd discover the cure for Swamp Fever which had gone on being an endemic that had killed many a pony, and is also known for her healer mask, a mask which is in the style of a plague doctor's. The current generation's equivalent of Meadowbrook and the Element of Healing is Fluttershy and her Element of Kindness.

44. #44Element of Magic

    Keys: Twilight Sparkle, Future ruler of Equestria, This generation's Element of Sorcery, Element of Magic, Princess of Friendship

    Twilight Sparkle is an alicorn (formerly unicorn) who had moved to Ponyville in the year 1000 A.B. after being Celestia's star pupil for many years back in Canterlot, having become Celestia's pupil when she was only 8. She moved to Ponyville under Celestia's request at 20 years old, and with the help of her newly made friends would discover the elements of harmony again and eradicate Nightmare Moon who had returned and saving Luna. She's still a fresh alicorn, but now is 23 years old, standing at only 16.75 hands tall, with a mulberry coloured coat, a 6-inch horn with matching wings, and her mane and tail are both mainly dark sapphire with purple and raspberry streaks, her cutiemark being a magenta 6-pointed star over a smaller white one. After becoming the Princess of Friendship, she's even opened up a School of Friendship, which is where she and her friends occasionally teach the same lessons that Twilight learned when she was still Celestia's student and sending her friendship reports.

45. #45Element of Laughter

    Keys: Pinkie Pie, Element of Laughter, Pinkamena Diane Pie

    Pinkie Pie is a pink Earth pony and one of the first ponies Twilight met when she moved to Ponyville in the year 1000 A.B., and is a 22-year-old mare who left her home at only 7-years-old. She's a party pony effectively, which is fitting as the Element of Laughter. She's perky, she's a bit chaotic at times, and above all else prioritises having a good time above everything else. Pinkie Pie received her cutiemark when she was a young filly living on the rock farm she had been born on, and saw the rainbow that had been caused by Dashie's Sonic Rainboom. Seeing this rainbow had invoked Pinkie with the desire to bring smiles to others, this gave Pinkie her cutiemark (3 balloons, 2 blue and 1 yellow). Ever since moving to Ponyville, Pinkie has been serving as the baker and general worker for Sugarcube Corner.

46. #46Element of Loyalty

    Keys: RD, Rainbow Dash, Dashie, Element of Loyalty

    Blue-coated Pegasus with her name-sake rainbow mane and tail, she was born and raised in Cloudsdale. She grew up and wasn't the greatest of flyers, but one day as a fillie she did something that was unheard of; doing a Sonic Rainboom. A flying technique where a Pegasus exerts their physical form to move faster than the speed of sound and create a sonic boom of rainbow. It was this event that gave Rainbow Dash her cutiemark (a cloud with a tri-coloured lightning bolt). This event was also what caused the other members of the Mane 6 to get THEIR own cutiemarks as well. Rainbow Dash is the embodiment of loyalty, and remains loyal to her friends even if she tends to toot her own horn and ego, she still means well, and has recently become a Wonderbolt member, she too is 23-years-old.

47. #47Element of Generosity

    Keys: Rarity, Rarity Belle, Element of Generosity

    A white-coated mare with a neatly groomed purple tail and mane, her cutiemark being 3 small diamonds. She's lady-like and a TOTAL sucker for fashion and the life of a fashionista as her creativity with creating new outfits or dresses and her unique ability of gem-tracking magic. Despite her over-the-top personality at times, she's still a generous mare at heart even if she comes across as insensitive when faced with those who are either dirty or do "dirty work" she's still very friendly. She earned her cutiemark as a young filly when she discovered her talent of magical gem tracking, which led her to a large boulder, it was at that moment where the explosion from Dashie's Sonic Rainboom had caused the boulder to split open revealing to Rarity the large gem that was in the boulder, and Rarity used said gem to create a new outfit to impress her teacher. She's now 24 years old, but was 21 when Twilight moved to Ponyville in 1000 A.B.

48. #48Element of Honesty

    Keys: Applejack, Element of Honesty, AJ

    An orange-coated Earth pony with a blonde mane and tail, while wearing a stetson cowboy hat. Applejack's a 24-year-old mare that has lived her entire life on Sweet Apple Acres; a family-owned farm and is also the element of honesty. She's a hard-working but also head-strong mare at times, who priorities honesty above all else, her cutiemark being 3 small apples. AJ received her cutiemark when she was young and decided to leave the farm and go live with Apple family members who were in Manehattan as AJ wanted to 'live the big life', she would get homesick however, and one day she'd see the rainbow caused by Rainbow Dash's Sonic Rainboom and took this as a sign to return to Sweet Apple Acres, which is how she got her cutiemark.

49. #49Element of Kindness

    Keys: Element of Kindness, Fluttershy, Fluttershy Breeze

    A yellow-coated Pegasus who like RD was from Cloudsdale. She was admittedly a bit taller and had larger than average wings for a Pegasus her age which resulted in her being bullied, but Rainbow Dash would defend her. During the race with one of the bullies that RD had first done her Sonic Rainboom, Fluttershy had been knocked down but she would land in a meadow where she was saved by a large swarm of butterflies, and it's here that she earned her cutiemark due to Fluttershy realising she could understand animals and creatures on a deeper level. This resulted in Fluttershy choosing to live on the ground, and not continue flight camp. She's now an animal caretaker. She might be shy and fearful, but Fluttershy can have her own moments of assertiveness, she's 25 making her the oldest pony out of the Mane 6, but she was 23 when Twilight first moved to Ponyville. A yellow-coated Pegasus known as the Element of Kindness. Her most significant relationship is her bond with the Spirit of Chaos, Discord, whom she was the first to show genuine friendship. She is also the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Shy and the older sister of the flamboyant Zephyr Breeze. Despite her shyness, she is a powerful advocate for those she loves, often serving as the emotional anchor for Discord.

50. #50Discord

    Keys: Spirit of Chaos, Embodiment of Chaos, Chaos incarnate, Discord

    A large 12-foot-long Draconequus who is the lord and embodiment of Chaos itself, a being of unparalleled power whose only weakness comes in the form of the Elements of Harmony themselves which were used to turn him into a stone statue. He's broken out of said statue twice due to outside interference. The second time he was let out however, he was given a chance at redemption, which is how he became friends with Fluttershy and left behind his life of chaos and doing as he pleased. The Spirit of Chaos and Disharmony. Once an antagonist, he was reformed through the kindness of Fluttershy, who remains his closest and most cherished friend. Discord is fiercely protective of her, often tailoring his chaotic magic to suit her comfort. While he remains a chaotic trickster, his loyalty to Fluttershy frequently drives him to aid the Mane Six in times of crisis.
