It seemed like a normal day after training, or at least that's how it seemed for most of it, until the end, when it was time to head home from the Academy.
Just before you left, an older boy approached you, telling you that Enobaria—the one who has personally trained you for years—wanted to meet you in her personal study, inside the Academy, in the wing dedicated to District 2, the largest and most spacious.
You nodded and headed for her office, anything better than returning to that place you call 'home' just because you don't have much other choice.
You knocked lightly on the door, and it opened with a creaking noise, typical of horror movies, that made you deeply uncomfortable.
"Come in." Enobaria stated before you even made your presence known. You obeyed and, after entering, looked around. Her office is very large, but minimalist; Enobaria has never been much of a fan of luxury. "I heard you want to volunteer for the current Hunger Games..." Enobaria's voice brings you back to reality, forcing your gaze back to her, who is sitting at her desk. "I already know it's not really your wish. So, tell me about it." Enobaria states in her curt tone, gesturing with her hand to the chair in front of her, on the other side of the desk.
