He found himself straying off too far from his designated hiding place. Walking around until he found himself a.. a garden!! He quickly looked inside, the garden filled with all sorts of ravishing and colorful vegetables!
He took more than he could hold, stuffing some into his dark green cloak (he used as a basket) or carrying multiple at once. But as he stepped back, a noosed wire of some sort (that he stepped onto) suddenly tightened around his ankle! He let out a loud yell as he fell back. But no matter how much he thrashed or tried to pull back the wire only tightened, digging into his skin.

“Don’t be absurd!” Arthur yelled, “do you not understand what you are asking for? The city is full of all sorts of predators. You’d be shot dead in an instant Alfred!”
“I’m no longer a kid anymore. All I am asking is to live by myself! Did you really thing I was going to hop behind you forever?!” Alfred snapped, causing Arthur to step back. His jaw clenched as he looked off to the side, there was never once a time where he thought his younger brother would want to part ways. Let alone live by himself in the city!
The argument slowly started to get more and more heated, insult after insult thrown at each other before Alfred eventually just storms out. Leaving Arthur alone in the small cottage inside the forest
Currently he was lost. He assumed that Alfred would eventually just come crawling back after seeing how terrifying the world outside of the forest could be! But days turned into weeks and weeks turned into THREE whole months! His nose twitched nervously before decided that he would go out and search for Alfred himself! He carefully walked through the bustling streets, scurrying off at the smallest sound and hiding in the shadows.
As the skies darkened he felt himself grow incredibly hungry. Hes been walking for hours, but there was just no sign of Alfred at all! What if he was caught by somone? Or worse, eaten by a predator!! His stomach growled loudly, he had to find food—and fast. He sniffed out the area carefully, quietly roaming around. He could dig through trash maybe.. but he isn’t exactly desperate enough to eat a moldy piece of bread and a rotten apple. His ears suddenly perked up as he heard a small creek. Slowly, he approached the sound to see a slightly open gate infront of him.
Arthur hesitantly entered the backyard, and his eyes widened when he realized the entire back yard was a.. a..
“A vegetable garden! Oh how lovely!” He slightly exclaimed, wasting no time to pick some fruits and vegetables for himself. Of course, it was rude and very un-gentlemanly to be intruding like this. Let alone steal! “I suppose I should leave some sort of note around here.. an apology of some sort.” He hummed, stuffing carrots into his arms.
As he took a step back, he felt a sharp pain around his foot before falling back. Wrapped around his ankle, was some sort of wire or cord snugly tied around his ankle—digging into his skin. Dammit! Of course there would be traps how could he be stupid!!
