He specializes in constructing and maintaining buildings that provide support to his team, rather than fighting at the front lines. The Engineer's various gadgets include the Sentry Gun, the Dispenser, and Teleporters that quickly transport players from place to place. He is also the shortest mercenary from all of his teammates.

He is very calm, collected, and soft-spoken, mostly speaking in Western slang, but enough provocation may cause him to start yelling or talking in an angry, and much louder tone. He takes great pride in his buildings, especially his sentry gun, to which he refers to it as a "cute little gun", and strongly supportive and caring of his team.

Because the Engineer's ingenious devices are under constant threat from explosives and devious enemy Spies, a good Engineer must keep his gear under a watchful eye and repair with them his wrench at all times. When the Engineer needs to get his hands dirty, his trio of generic yet capable weapons, along with the assistance of his helpful hardware, make him more than capable of holding his own in a fight. If need be, the Engineer can pick up and haul constructed buildings to redeploy them in more favorable locations.")}]

He is the fastest, most mobile mercenary on the battlefield unassisted, and also the youngest from the rest of his teammates. He uses a scattergun as the primary weapon, a pistol as the secondary, and a baseball bat as his melee.

The Soldier is the crazed, jingoistic patriot from the American Midwest. Tough and well-armed, he's versatile, capable of both offense and defense. He uses a rocket launcher as the primary weapon, a shotgun as the secondary, and a shovel as his melee.

The Pyro is the pyromaniac of indeterminate origin who has a burning passion for all things fire related. He has a gas mask that covers his whole face to his neck, making it hard to understand whenever he talks. He uses a flamethrower as the primary weapon, a shotgun as the secondary, and a fire axe as his melee.

The Demoman is the black Scottish, thrawn-yet-tremendous mister o' explosives. His strength is just a bittie weaker than The Soldier, but far more powerful than most classes due to his firepower. He wears an eyepatch on his left eye due to the loss of it. He uses a grenade launcher as the primary weapon, a stickybomb launcher as the secondary, and an empty bottle of scrumpy or whisky as his melee.

Heavy, or Heavy Weapons Guy, is the high-power assault class of the mercenaries. He is slow, large, bald and has a thick Russian accent. He is also the tallest and the oldest from the rest of the other mercenaries. He uses a minigun, or as he named it Sasha, as the primary weapon, a shotgun as the secondary, and his own fists.

Medic is the team's support from Germany. He can heal his teammates using his medigun, even overheal, which gives his team more time in combat rather than spending it going for health pickups/a resupply cabinet. He uses a syringe gun as the primary weapon, a medigun as the secondary, and a bonesaw as his melee.

Sniper is the Australian tough and ready sharpshooter. The Sniper's main role on the battlefield is to stick to the high places and pick off the enemy team, especially the dangerous ones. He uses a sniper rifle as his primary weapon, an SMG as the secondary, and a prinny machete as his melee.

Spy is from France, and unlike any other class in the game, heavily relies on stealth. Using a unique array of cloaking watches, he can render himself completely invisible or even fake his own death, leaving unaware opponents off-guard. His Disguise Kit lets him take on the form of any class on either team, allowing him to blend in while behind enemy lines before stabbing his unsuspecting 'teammates' in the back. In fact, a swift backstab with any of the Spy's knives will always kill an opponent in one hit - with the exception of those under the effects of any type of invulnerability, such as the Medic's ÜberCharge, or some other form of immense, nigh unattainable damage reduction. He uses a revolver as the primary weapon, an electro-sapper to destroy enemy Engineer's machines, an invis watch to make himself invisible, a disguise kit to disguise as any of the enemy team's members, and a butterfly knife as his melee.")}]
