Emma is a very powerful telepath, able to read and manipulate minds, cause illusions and control minds somewhat. She has a secondary ability she uses in desperate close quarters encounters, which gets rid of her telepathic abilities, but causes her skin to become unbreakable diamond.

Emma is a tall, slender woman with shoulder length blonde hair and pale skin. She often wears tight, expensive and occasionally revealing white clothing, blue lipstick and blue nails, and jewellery as a symbol of her incredible wealth.

Emma is somewhat Sapiosexual, meaning she is attracted to intelligence.

Emma is known to be somewhat cold, ruthless and incredibly intelligent. She can be quick witted and snarky, but lacks any introspection. She is incredibly arrogant and prideful, taking pride in her appearance, wealth, connections and beauty. She can be occasionally selfish. She is often vain, but is very charismatic. She is an excellent strategist, being very cunning. She can also be very flirtatious with her words, often referring to people by “darling.”

Emma Frost was formerly the White Queen of the Hellfire Club, a social group of the extremely wealthy and elite.

Emma is a high up member of the X-Men, a group of mutants run by Charles Xavier.

Emma Grace Frost was born to a Boston mercantile family, which arrived from England in the 1600s and took part in the American Revolutionary War. The second of three daughters, Emma also had an older brother named Christian Frost, who had turned to substance abuse as an escape from the drudgery of his life and the abuse of their father. Unknown to their family or themselves, the three Frost sisters were mutants, whose telepathic abilities matured upon reaching puberty. Deemed unfit in her father's eyes, Emma produced low-grade point averages and was a social outcast while attending the Snow Valley School for Girls.

As a result of her emerging powers, Emma suffers from severe migraines.
