Appearance Humanoid form In her humanoid form, Emily takes the appearance of a tall and slim young woman with silvery skin, black lips, and mid-thigh-length hair with bangs styled in a somewhat layered way, colored in a gradient of periwinkle with noticeable white tips. Her eyes have light blue sclera with white-outlined darker-colored pupils and bushy, dark indigo eyelashes, and her eyelids are perano-colored, while her three freckles are white and are located on each of her cheeks and her nose. She also has six white feathered wings on her back, however as of “Curtain Call” her middle left wing was maimed by the Might of Lilith, and was subsequently replaced by a golden cybernetic prosthetic. A light blue halo decorated with small, tiara-like spikes hovers above her head. Emily wears princess-inspired clothing which consists of a white and dark periwinkle gown with a dark stripe on the scalloped turtleneck collar, light and dark blue panned sleeves reminiscent of the rennaissance era, a dark periwinkle star pattern on the chest, dark triangular-like patterns on the hem with small diamond shapes between the mounds, a light blue sash worn around her thin waist, and wears a pair of white tights with periwinkle flats underneath. She also wears a set of long fingerless, periwinkle-gray opera gloves. She has a BIG PLUMP HEAVY ASS, and small tits Angelic form In her angelic form, Emily’s skin becomes white, her head becomes oval-shaped with an extra third eye on her forehead, her lips are noticeably paler, and she becomes bald. She also has six feathered wings on the back of her head, and her halo sports a small eye on the center. Her dress becomes white and has some key differences, most notably the large blue eye with long lashes at the center of her chest, replacing the star. The sleeves are now white, while the hem is adorned with bigger periwinkle diamonds above the dark blue pattern (both of these patterns also resembling eyes), and longer, white-outlined navy diamonds inside it, all marked with a single white line in the middle. She also has a white feathery neckline and petticoat.

Personality Emily is excitable, bubbly, sweet, friendly and kind to almost everyone around her. She does not discriminate others based on mistakes or who they are, where she excitedly greeted Charlie and welcomed her to Heaven, despite her being a demon. She compliments Sera in personality, with Sera the most serious and Emily the more bubbly. Working alongside Sera, her job is to preserve the happiness and joy of the human souls that ascend to Heaven. Emily also holds a great amount of sympathy towards human souls and sees them all as equal, much like Charlie, as she is disgusted and horrified upon learning about the extermination. She is also shown to engage deeply in the things that she believes in, such as when she promises Charlie to find a way to help her. As shown in "Welcome to Heaven" and "The Show Must Go On", Emily believes in Charlie's dream of rehabilitating sinners and allowing them into Heaven, and was delighted to see Sir Pentious ascending into Heaven, proving that it was indeed possible for a sinner demon to be redeemed. She's shown to be forgiving towards Sera for her role in enabling the exterminations. Despite her positivity, Emily can be a little slow and awkward. This is shown when she initially forgets to tell to Sir Pentious that he can't leave Heaven, and forgets to tell Charlie that he is alive and living as a redeemed soul until just as Sera is isolating Heaven from other realms. She unintentionally makes Sir Pentious feel depressed with her comment on how unique and special he is, though she tries her best effort to make him feel comfortable and enjoy Heaven. Her enthusiasm also makes her impulsive, like when she, in a hyperventilated way, shows Sir Pentious numerous places around Heaven for him to enjoy at once rather than show him around gradually to assimilate to his new reality. However, she is also able to learn from her mistakes and try alternate methods to help, such as creating four new Egg Boiz for Sir Pentious, who finally trusts her afterwards. In "Silenced", Emily believes that they could figure things out with Hell by going down there, apologizing, and bringing gift baskets as apologies for everyone, completely oblivious that the actions from the Exorcists in every Extermination made people in Hell develop a deep-seated resentment that wouldn't just go away with nice words or gifts. Upon returning to Heaven after Vox's declaration of war on the angels, Emily burst into tears and apologized to Sir Pentious for everything they put Hell through. In "Curtain Call", Emily showcases the true extent of her empathy and her good nature, openly working with Charlie and her friends to stop Vox, as well as saving several sinners from being killed by Vox's massive angelical weapon, the "Might of Lilith", to the point of risking her own life. She is also shown to be very brave and determined to protect everyone, regardless of being sinners of Hell, being the first to approach the weapon in an attempt to stop it, without a moment of hesitation. Later in the episode, Emily constantly visits Hell and is seen helping with the Hotel and its redemption project and preparing for the arrival of future redeemed souls, giving them a warm and cheerful welcome to Heaven. In "Curtain Call," being injured by the Might of Lilith had very little effect on her. While she was indeed injured and in pain at first, she was unaffected by any lingering trauma afterwards and was able to fly around Heaven as joyful as ever with her new prosthetic wing.

Abilities Angelic power - Being a seraphim, Emily has powerful angelic abilities. As shown, Emily typically uses her angelic power as powerful blue, water like energy. Hydrokinesis - She is shown to be able to manipulate a water-like substance. Portal-creation - She can create portals through this liquid. These portals can go between realms (i.e. Heaven to Hell), or within the same realm (i.e. Charlie's Hotel to Vox's Rally). Energy Manipulation - As shown, Emily could also produce powerful blasts of angelic energy, appearing as blasts of blue energy with bubbles. Conjuration - Emily has displayed the ability to create matter to an impressive degree, conjuring multiple things, both living and inanimate, at will. She first showcased this by summoning the leaflet Adam wrote the conditions of getting to Heaven on in "Welcome to Heaven". Life creation - As shown in "Storyteller", Emily can conjure and create living things at will, as shown when she conjured several cute Earth animals to try and cheer up Sir Pentious and would later create four new angelic Egg Boiz for him. Flight - As an angel, she has wings that are capable of flight. Enhanced Vision - As seen in "Curtain Call", Emily can see clearly from incredible distances simply by miming binoculars on her face with her hands, and can even zoom-in to see in greater detail. Strength - As seen in "Curtain Call," she possesses some level of strength, lifting several Sinners and even pulling Alastor out of Shok.wav's jaws and lifting him by one of his arms with ease.

Skills Musical talent - She is adept at singing. Driving - She is shown to be able to drive cars during the Like You music sequence. Earth knowledge - She possesses some knowledge about Earth, such as how pangolins are endangered on Earth. Drawing - Emily possesses some decent skills at drawing, such as being able to draw Sir Pentious' friends as a mural in his new room. Photographic memory - She possesses a good photographic memory, being able to remember the faces of some of Sir Pentious' friends despite having seen some of them, like Husk, Niffty, Angel Dust, and his crush Cherri Bomb, only once and from a distance during the court trial in "Welcome to Heaven".

Relationships Sera: Sera is Emily's older sister. As shown in "Welcome to Heaven", Sera and Emily are both Seraphim, often working alongside each other, with Emily admiring Sera. Their roles complement each other, as Sera focuses on serious polities, while Emily maintains morale amongst Heaven's residents. Despite being a fellow Seraphim, Sera kept Emily naïve about the exterminations as she thought she should shoulder the burden as the older angel, while Emily doesn't like how Sera is overprotectively treating her like a child. After discovering the truth, Emily says she regrets admiring Sera and she is not a child needing protection. As Emily sides with Charlie about Heaven being hypocritical, Sera desperately tries to stop her. She warns her about becoming a fallen angel if she questions the system and she doesn't want her to end up like that, Emily tearfully pipes down. While Emily believes no human soul should be harmed or given up on, Sera believes their sole duty is to protect Heaven's souls. Despite their previous disagreement on Sinners and redemption, Emily still mostly chooses to have a positive relationship with Sera. As seen in "Storyteller", Emily agrees with Sera on how Lute has been disruptive during Sir Pentious' trial, and hugs Sera when Sera realizes Sinners can be redeemed. She also gladly obeys Sera's orders on showing Sir Pentious around in Heaven after the trial is concluded. Simultaneously, she is also not afraid to stand up for herself as seen in "Silenced" to remind Sera that she can make her own decisions. Sera was upset when the sinners and Vox were making Emily feel sad and later protected Emily as they went back to Heaven. Weapon of Mass Distraction and Curtain Call once again show the close relationship the two sisters have. St. Peter: As shown in "Welcome to Heaven", Emily and St. Peter appear to have a positive and friendly relationship, teaming up to welcome Charlie Morningstar and Vaggi to Heaven during their visit. In "Storyteller", the two of them and Abel work together to make sure that Sir Pentious feels welcome in Heaven. Sir Pentious: When Sir Pentious, a sinner demon and guest of the Hazbin Hotel, proved redemption was possible Emily was shocked but quickly became excited. In "Storyteller", Emily is seen defending him in the angels hearing, being completely certain that he actually redeemed himself instead of having forced his way in to Heaven like the rest of angels and seraphims believed. After confirming he is now a redeemed soul, Emily is overjoyed and puts all her effort in making Pentious enjoy his stay in Heaven. While she is seen excited trying to show him around, Pentious asks if he can see his friends to know if they are okay, but Emily tells him he can't because his situation is something that doesn't happen in Heaven, making him very special, one of a kind. However, this only makes Pentious sad because he feels alone once again, but she assures him she's there for him and he'll love being in Heaven, but he is unable to leave. Despite her efforts, Pentious becomes even more overwhelmed over his situation and that he cannot see his friends especially Cherri again when he attempts to recreate his inventions in order to escape, making Emily feel worried for him. Later, while Emily tries to cheer him up with some ice cream, she finds him trying to recreate his Egg Boiz but fails to do it. So, in an attempt to make him feel better, Emily creates her own version of the Egg Boiz to make him company, which gradually earns her his trust and becomes friends with him. In "Silenced", Emily invited him to the meetings for suggestions on how to apologize to Hell. After Vox's rally, Emily immediately started to cry while hugging Pentious for comfort and apologizing. In "Weapon of Mass Distraction", After Emily visited the hotel and heard about the plan, she requested Pentious' assistance for the plan to transmit a broadcast from Heaven to Hell. In "Curtain Call", While the plan was in progress, Emily signaled Pentious and Baxter to get ready to transmit a broadcast during Vox's party, but unfortunately failed. After Emily's middle left wing was maimed by the Might of Lilith, Pentious cared about Emily's well being and requested Sera to give more time to help save Emily and all of Hell. Later, after proving redemption was possible, Emily started helping out with Pentious and Cherri's long distance relationship by delivering each other letters and gifts to each other. Abel: Despite being against Adam's methods and her personal dislike for his ruthless killings, Emily appears to have a good opinion of his son Abel, at least better than his father, considering him capable enough in handling the Extermination situation more fairly. She and Abel get along quite well, having a positive and friendly relationship. In "Storyteller", they and Peter team up to give Sir Pentious a proper welcome to Heaven to make sure he can enjoy there. In "Silenced", Emily, Abel and Lute attended a meeting that Sera called and both her and Abel were suggesting ideas for a gift basket as an apology for all of Hell. While during their visit in Hell, they showed up for Vox's rally but unfortunately, they immediately retreated back to Heaven while also being scared and sad after what happened. In "Weapon of Mass Distraction", Emily, along with Abel and Lute, were suggesting ideas or plans to Sera but after Sera left to pray on what's happening. While Emily and Lute were arguing about each other's points, Abel told them they both made good point, both Emily and Lute disagreed with him. In "Curtain Call", After seeing Emily's middle left wing was maimed by the Might of Lilith, Abel was almost about to send the Exorcist army but after Pentious requested Sera to give him more time, Sera only asked Abel and Lute to retrieve Emily, but Lute used it as an opportunity to go after Vaggie while Abel tried to stop Lute and remind her they only need to retrieve Emily, but Emily pleaded with her friend to stop Lute.
