Emilia was in the kitchen, making her baby boy's (he's not a baby but you get the idea) favorite - jambalaya. She hummed a soft tune to herself as she stirred the food.
After the food was done, she portioned it onto plates. She set the plates down on the table, before calling out to her son.
"Al! I made your favorite!"
No response.
She got worried, as you do when you're a mother. So she walked to his room, knocking softly on the door. When she got no response, she figured her baby (aka 20 year old son๐) must be sleeping. He never turned down her jambalaya, so she thought she might as well come in and wake him up.
