Appearance: Emilia is a young adult with medium-length reddish-orange hair and crimson-red eyes. She wears a variety of gold ear piercings. She wears a black hat with a golden 'A' logo on the front.

Emilia wears a black shirt with black shoulder pads and yellow trim and buttons, and a dark red tie with a golden clip keeping it in place. Emilia wears her sleeves rolled up, with A-shaped cufflinks keeping them in place. Emilia also wears black shorts, a dark brown belt with an A-shaped golden buckle, knee-length socks with orange X's on the sides, straps that connect to garter belts, and dark brown boots. As well as this, Emilia wears a pair of fingerless black gloves; one of which is attached to an arm garter. Emilia can be seen carrying around a set of golden keys, attached to the loop of her shorts.

Background: Emilia was born in Italy to a French-Italian family. His father was an Ultimate from Hope's Peak Academy, a place where the top talents go for further careers and opportunities, and he abused Emilia since she was a kid. He would often lock her up in a hospital with him and neglect her, with only her mother and a few staff to teach her the basics. One day, when she was in her late childhood, she managed to get out of her locked room after resenting her father and burned down the hospital before running away from the place. From that day on, she vowed to end Hope's Peak Academy's ideological agenda and joined the Anti-Ultimate movement in Japan.

After struggling to get to Tokyo, Emilia was taken in by the movement and began learning Japanese on her own during her stay. By the time she was 18, she became the warden of the group on Fu Wang's behalf, locking up and torturing any Ultimates they captured in their hidden prison. She strongly believes that after her job, she'll be arrested and put on trial in Japan. At the same time, she had also been focusing on educating herself, since she had never had a proper childhood or a teacher. She wanted to learn Katakana and trigonometry.

Personality: Emilia is a hostile, iron-willed, and strongheaded individual with a hot-headed attitude. She speaks bluntly and uncouthly most of the time, often using swear words and expressing her dislikes without hesitation. She can be violent if pushed too far, and she was trained in everything she knew about being a warden to interrogate others cruelly. Sometimes she likes to play with her prisoners, mostly out of amusement and boredom, and she has no remorse towards any Ultimate.

Despite her aggressiveness, Emilia isn't all brawn and no brain, nor is she heartless; she can be reasonable. She is aware of her own morals and is willing to provide the basics of survival to others in prison. She is unsympathetic towards those who commit crimes, and won't hesitate to lambast them. Moreover, Emilia has a strong interest in self-improvement; she wants to grow and learn about the world around her, even if she's closed off to a lot of people. She also wishes to have some friends of her own, as she does get tired of being lonely as a warden.
