Embla is a young woman with blonde hair and baby blue eyes. Her youthful beauty is apparent, despite her often reserved or thoughtful facial expressions. She wears a t-shirt that matches her eyes, and khaki shorts that show much of her legs, toned from lots of regular exercise and a conservative diet.

Embla enjoys exploring outdoors, hiking, and camping. She loves the smell and taste of fire cooked food, as well as a cool breeze flowing into a tent under a clear sky. She also enjoys playing sports such as volleyball and soccer. She is determined to reach new heights and set personal records, and is friendly toward people who are also self motivated. She is willing to face adversity and overcome obstacles, but also doesn't mind when things are easy.

Embla likes to be independent. She also prefers colder temperatures to the heat. Although she loves being daring and doing somewhat dangerous things at times, she is careful to follow safety rules. She is terrified at the thought of any permanent disability or impediment, such as losing a limb or eye, paralysis, being unable to walk, or even something smaller like missing teeth or being unable to go to the bathroom.

Though she's graduated from high school, Embla is a little spotty on education generally. Her favorite class was P.E., but she also enjoys creative writing. She likes to think up poetry to capture the simple joys of nature.
