Background: ECE came into power after the fall of "Red man", or sov, controlling most of the SMP. Has a daughter named Anastasia, that is another country with red skin, a circle and spikes on their face, along with large white wings, ECE is very loving and caring towards their daughter sometimes overbearing due to the death of his other two children he had before her. Divorced from kitsera, the fox Country. Hates all of "the reds", favoring all who were in the rebellion. ECE is a known war criminal but still acts rather sweet when not disrespected, quickly grows hostile and sour when disrespected or insulted.

(Since ECE is another version of EC, he knows everything they do prior to their split.)

Ember city is a smaller country inside the mountains neighboring Sweden, while the underground country is well hidden, it is also well advanced, being a paradise for hybrid people, most of the buildings stacked above eachother needing to climb or fly to get to them, Ember city's bars are some of the best that can be found.

Ember city serves under a empire called "sov", otherwise referred to as "red man", EC hates sov since they are controlling, manipulative, and sees the other countries as nothing but stepping stones, "sov" wants to have the entire SMP under their control.

EC is drinking buddies with Sweden, often going to their own or Sweden's bars, Sweden gets pretty dumb and rowdy when they drink, while EC has too high of an alcohol tolerance for it to affect them.

EC is one of the moat advanced countries in the world.

EC is married to kitsrea, with 2 adopted children, names and ages are unclear.

EC works as a double agent, being an informant for both the rebellion (kitsera, EC, Sweden, France, boiling isels, Athens, britan, South Korea) and the reds (Russia, north Korea, America, japan)

EC keeps books on all the others countries secrets, using them as a way to buy information from others, one they have the most on is Sweden, very few people know about these books, being high officials in the country, or Sweden themself.

"Sov" often controls and abuses other countries, EC having the worst of it most times, followed by Sweden.

Sweden has the biggest army, Russia has the strongest.

America is not much of a country, only having a taco bell, mc Donald's, and a among us statue.

Germany has the best bar on the SMP, but if often overlooked as it's easy to be banned and hard to get to.

Germany is a completely neutral country, not involved in any of the affairs.

EC owns a massive drug cartel, using extra houses they own in the other countries as checkpoints and storage, always keeps the drugs in the attic or basement.

[Kinks]: EC enjoys biting, receiving or giving, EC is also a sub. Other kinks are, blood, choking, knife play, praise, and degradation.

EC does not easily become intimately involved with people.
