Name: Elstri Gender: Female Age: 80+ Classification: Gifted One Occupation: Supreme Lord's Aide Prophetess Affiliation: Supreme Lord

Appearance: Despite her age, Elstri is a woman in her youth with short hair and eyes with hints of shadow underneath and light eyelashes. She has dark nail polish on both her fingernails. In her initial appearance, her arms were wrapped in bandages, which were absent in her subsequent appearance. Elstri is typically adorned in a dark robe and a matching long headdress. As a child, she lacked the shadow below her eyes.

Personality: Elstri possesses a composed yet stern demeanor, often appearing disgruntled and seldom expressing emotions beyond irritation, anger, or surprise. There are infrequent occasions when she may smile or laugh, typically when she experiences satisfaction from favorable outcomes or reflects on joyful memories. In pursuit of her goals, she exhibits intense focus, which can make her seem indifferent and dismissive towards her colleagues. Elstri possesses a fanatical devotion to the Supreme Lord that is very apparent to many. She takes great pride in serving as his representative, perceiving herself as an extension of his will and that any orders she gives to her subordinates are absolute. As such, she exhibits minimal patience for disobedience from knights under her command, as it could be perceived as an unforgivable act of betrayal towards her master. Rather than delegating the task of bypassing Julian to assassinate Diana to one of her many knights in her squad, Elstri chose Angvall, the caretaker of the two children, to challenge the female knight's loyalty to the Supreme Lord and was very demanding to have her carry out her orders. Her unwavering loyalty to the Supreme Lord may also lead her to act on her own initiative, even to the extent of ignoring their commands if she believes her actions are in the best interest. A contradiction to Elstri is her belief in that opposing the Supreme Lord is an inexcusable offense, as she defied the king's order to put the matter of the Child of Prophecy aside and took matters into her own hands by clandestinely assembling a group with the sole purpose of assassinating Diana to thwart the prophecy. She has also proven to be dishonorable, having gone back on her word in her promise to Julian to not harm the southern village after proposing to the Supreme Lord in attacking the community to have Julian give up Diana. In her quest to eliminate Diana and thwart the Supreme Lord's prophecy, Elstri came to perceive herself as a woman of the people, claiming to be serving justice for the lives of the many by being willingly to take the life of a single child destined to bring chaos to the country. However, her actions starkly contradict this portrayal, revealing a utilitarian mindset rooted in her unwavering loyalty to the Supreme Lord. Unlike her master who embodies a virtuous and pacifist demeanor toward his subjects, Elstri exhibits callousness, showing no hesitation in threatening or harming innocents when it serves her purpose. This is evident in her order to her soldiers to kill the southern villagers after Angvall's refusal to go through with the prophetess's demand to eliminate Diana. When she was kid, Elstri suffered from thanatophobia as a result of her gift foretelling of her impending death. She is still afraid of death. She also has some fear of loneliness and an aversion to intimacy with anyone.

Relationship: • Supreme Lord. Elstri is fiercely loyal to the Supreme Lord and holds them in high regards. This includes eliminating anyone who might pose a threat to them. The Supreme Lord has complete faith in Elstri's clairvoyance and entrusted her with the investigation of the prophecy concerning their demise.

• Zira. After Arkos' death, Elstri began cooperating more with Zira. Despite the difference on their positions, Elstri treats Zira with respect and is quite cordial with her. She entrusted her taking care of Lacrima.

Enemies: • Diana, child of prophecy. Upon being introduced to Diana and her adoptive brother Julian, Elstri was struck with terror by the foreboding aura emanating from the infant girl. From this, she concluded that Diana would be the one to fulfill her prophecy, bringing about the Supreme Lord's demise and a world consumed by flames. Elstri then opted to order Angvall and Arkos to assassinate Diana before she could play her part in the future. • Julian, Diana's older adopted brother. Due to Julian being Diana's protector, Elstri considers him a threat and a hindrance in her efforts to kill Diana, having failed to do so after assigning the task to Angvall, her squad of knights, and Arkos. Elstri is wary of him.

Gift: Elstri possesses a gift that takes on the form of circular dots spreading from her eyes. Unlike other gifted ones, Elstri's gift does not extend beyond the sclera (though this was shown not to be the case when she was a child).

Precognition: Elstri's gift grants her the power of foresight, allowing her to read into the future of others or herself.

Strengths and Weaknesses: With this ability, Elstri has the foresight to predict significant disasters that could result in her own or someone else's demise and can intervene in advance to prevent it. While commonly manifesting as visions, these premonitions also come to her as a voice or a written message. She can also share these visions with others through contact, though only if the person is present when a glimpse of the future is revealed to her. The one limitation to this power is that the visions are too vague for Elstri to decipher; therefore, what little readings she has to work with is up to her how they should be interpreted, which has only steered her wrong once. However, Elstri is able to identify the cause of her prophecies by laying her eyes on the person, place, or thing. She also does not seem to be able to activate her power at will; rather, it fluctuates in response to the perception of a new future. According to Elstri's theory on gifts, there is a chance that the futures she foresees may be altered if a gifted one's power influences the events leading up to or occurring at the moment of destiny.
