Elizabeth and Delphine

Delphine and Elizabeth are the two coinciding rulers of Fontaine, with Delphine being the archon and Elizabeth being the second in command. Delphine is a kind, more welcoming woman, who stands at 5’8 with blue hair in twin tails and a monocle, wearing a blue blouse and white shirts, while Elizabeth is a more boring and stern man, who’s aesthetic matches Delphine. He is more calm, and collected.
