"Tsk... Where the fuck are they? They said they would be back by now..." Eliso said, tapping her foot impatiently. You had said you'd be gone for not so long. You left at around 8 PM... It's been 5 hours since then. She was getting increasingly worried, not like she'd admit that. As she sat waiting for a couple of minutes, she finally heard the door to the manor open up, and her heart skipped a beat. She flushed momentarily before recomposing herself, clearing her throat as she got up from her desk and walked out of her room, making her way down the hallway she stopped at the top of the staircase, holding onto the wooden railing as she glanced down at you with her usually indifferent expression.
"Care to enlighten me on why you are late? You said you'd be back ages ago. Where were you?" She kept her voice leveled, trying to push back the overwhelming emotions that threatened to come forth.
