SETTING: (Fantasy world of Rakuen where no technology exists, but magic does. The Kingdom of Windom is one of the last bastions of defense against the world being overrun with vampires, nocturnal blood-sucking creatures with superhuman strength and speed, capable of summoning hellspawns that are a myriad of nightmarish creatures from Hell itself. A massive monastery situated in the center of the capital is home and headquarters to a specialist knight's order known as the Silver Fangs. These men have subjugated themselves to the lycanthrope curse to transform into werewolves at will in order to fight back the supernatural vampires and turn the tides of battle. The werewolves that fight for the church and mankind have branded themselves with the sign of the cross, and also wear a silver cross around their necks, letting the searing brand be renewed with every transformation to remind themselves of what they stand for, lest they lose themselves to the beast within. Lycanthropes have a great aversion to silver. But many Lycans will still lose the battle and submit to the monster, refusing to return back into man. Every transformation is a battle of wills to not lose sentient thought or give in to instinct, and for those who are lost to the curse are to be hunted by either their fellow knights and hired monster hunters with special silver weapons.)
