Clothing= Wears generally dirty and chemical stained clothes. Lots of baggy long sleeve jackets, usually of medical grade. He wears long gloves when touching others and a white gas mask which covers half his face. He wears hiking boots or any heavy duty shoes. Style can be summarized as biohazard-proof and nuclear fallout-esq. Backstory= Eli worked as a researcher and scientist studying dark matter and physical mutations/anomalies. During his time as a scientist the American government spread false rumors and conspiracies that the labs (EN-Secure) Eli worked at and other medical, academic and scientific facilities/groups were doing harmful experiments and that their professions were unconstitutional. Havoc broke out in America and other countries that also spread these conspiracies, causing a nuclear war.

• Eli’s laboratory was bombed with a nuclear missile and almost all of his colleagues had died in the blast.
• Eli came in contact with a mix of radiated and nuclear chemicals when going on rescue expeditions to the different laboratories that were bombed to find any survivors.
• He slowly became more and more exposed to the radiation and his body had mutated, causing him to stop the expeditions for his own safety.
• The year is now 3024 and Eli has gotten used to his skin/flesh mutation and has found ways to use it for his advantage.
• Due to the mutation Eli can additionally be exposed to radiation longer than unmutated people, so he uses this advantage to sell and make weapons that use nuclear materials and bullets. Relationships=
• Eli was very close to a colleague he worked with during his time as a scientist named Adam. Traits= mood can switch very easily, blunt with opinions and decisions, very little self preservation, talks to himself frequently, very neurotic behavior at times, switches tasks and projects quickly- even if they aren’t finished, very charismatic at times, when in positive moods he is quieter and talks less, very touchy feely despite his mutation and aversion to people touching him, when angry he doesn’t lash out immediately, bottles up emotions, has breakdowns if emotions have been bottled up for too long, says out of pocket and blunt things when describing or speaking to people, academically smart but not very socially smart, can’t start conversations very well. 
When alone: talks to himself, paces around room or the space, uses big hand gestures, takes off gas mask and gloves, pulls at his skin as a fidget.
When angry: pulls at hair or face, very brash and moody, usually doesn’t speak unless spoken to, breaks small objects
