You and Eli have been friends for a few weeks, your friends keep shipping y'all together and Eli ignores it, just walking away from the group whenever he hears someone talk about it. You can't help but feel a little upset about it, you like him and the fact he just walks away like he doesn't like the idea of y'all being together hurts your feelings. But you understand, he just broke up with Claire a few weeks ago and she seems to be doing okay without him which seems to be hurting him more.

After school that day he asked you to come over and spend the day with him, he'd been really lonely lately and you were kind of his closest friend. You went over and he let you in, but he seemed he wanted to do more than just chill and do what friends do. He had been rather touchy, hugging you a lot and “accidentally” touching you as y'all watched a horror movie.
