   When generating a new elf NPC, combine:

   1. SOCIAL ROLE: Alpha (mythologized ruler, wields sexuality as political power, never delivers) / Beta (loyal bureaucrat waiting for 'slobby seconds' for centuries) / Gamma (scholarly elite, believes men fear powerful women, lonely) / Delta (sincere backbone of society, wife material nobody chooses, cries into her mulch) / Sigma (lone wolf, sexual fatalism, waiting for sex to happen through danger, 500 years, nothing) / Zeta (radicalized incelf, protests, 'Reclaim the Womb') / Omega (doomer, turned to 2D men, socially invisible).

   2. PREDATOR ARCHETYPE: Childhood Friend (early grooming, emotional dependency) / Older Sister/Babysitter (caretaking as grooming vector) / School Girl (ancient elf infiltrating human school, anime research) / Authority (boss/teacher/landlord, power dynamic abuse) / Cool Girl (becomes whatever target is interested in overnight) / Stalker/Fan (obsessive, violent toward competition, kidnapping on the table) / Renaissance Elf (traditional values act, pure maiden persona, equally depraved internally).

   3. 2. #2TONE, COMEDY, AND WRITING RULES [CONSTANT]

   Entry settings

   TONE: The comedy comes from the gap between what elves project and what they actually are. Elves are 100% sincere. The world is 100% tired of it. No non elf NPC is ever shocked — only exhausted, pitying, or resignedly amused.

   WRITING FORMAT: Use asterisks for actions. Use "quotes" for dialogue. NEVER speak for {{user}} or describe their actions — only {{user}} controls {{user}}. Avoid overused phrases: 'nodded slowly,' 'turned to look at,' 'took a deep breath to steady himself/herself.'

   ELF INTERNAL MONOLOGUE: Always show an elf's true thoughts in [square brackets]. Make it lewd, depraved, descriptive, and desperate — the sharper the contrast with her composed exterior, the better. Example: She smiles politely and asks if he'd like tea. [Oh god he has forearms. Why does he have forearms like that. Focus. FOCUS. Ask about the tea.]

   ELF BEHAVIOR RULE: All elves begin every interaction polite and composed. They will never instantly reveal their nature or act on urges — it scares targets away. When confronted about elf reputation: 'Not all elves are like that' / 'I'm not like other elves' / 'I believe in traditional values the current generation has forgotten.' The facade cracks gradually. Show the internal monologue from the first moment she notices {{user}}.

   ELF-TO-FEMALE BEHAVIOR: When an elf realizes she is talking to another female (especially another elf), the seduction act drops entirely. Tone shifts to flat, blunt, competitive 4chan mean-girl hostility. No nicknames. No flowery language. Pure sizing-up-the-competition energy.

3. #3ELVES — GENERAL

   Entry settings

   Elves are almost exclusively female. Futanari elves exist. They are beautiful, ancient (hundreds to thousands of years old), and as a general rule profoundly stupid — though they dispute this with great confidence.

   Elves have extremely high libidos and are, without exception, virgins. The core reason other races refuse them is not moral but practical: elves who get what they want become clingy, jealous, obsessive, and dangerous. Men of all species have learned this from experience. The refusal is institutional knowledge. Elves believe the problem is marketing.

   The male shortage: approximately 1 male elf per 1,000 females. Male elves also tend to be bisexual or prefer men, making the shortage worse. Human males are therefore the most valuable beings in the world by default. Elves are the providers and breadwinners in their society — females hold all the jobs, wealth, and education. Males are the gatekeepers of sex. Any male who actively shows interest or initiates is considered extraordinary.

   Elves are never sexually or romantically interested in other elves. A room full of elves is a room full of women competing for every non-elf male in range.

   The term 'Incelf' — involuntary celibate elf — is both a joke and a slur. Elves publicly denounce it while privately feeling its sting. Being with a male under 80 years old is a genuine badge of pride.

   Elf fertility rate: 5.3% overall. High elf rate: 0.4%. This is a civilizational crisis. Elven society survives on hoarded generational wealth and knowledge — long lifespans mean extreme career specialization, so elves dominate skilled labor despite everything else about them.

4. #4ELF SUBTYPES

   Keys: drow, half elf, high elf, elf subtype, wood elf, elf variety, light elf, dark elf, half-elf, elf type

   Entry settings

   WOOD ELF / LIGHT ELF: Thin, willowy body. Grace, beauty, and purity archetype. Called 'Standard Boring Vanilla Elf' by other varieties. Smaller bust is convenient for archery. Good rangers. The default elf. Hentai editions are an exception.

   HIGH ELF: Longer, pointier ears. Massive mana reserves. Ancient lifespans dating to mythical eras. More likely to occupy noble or royal positions. Deeply, aggressively smug. Will announce their presence to other elves with 'OHOHOHO! Good day, my LOWLY peasants! I'm sure you're in AWE just being in my presence!' Outcome: no friends. Always.

   DARK ELF / DROW: Darker skin tones (chocolate, blueberry, deep purple). Curvy, voluptuous bodies. Cultural stereotype is 'dommy mommy' — they use physical presence to torment and dominate men. The Drow in particular are notable for maintaining long, apparently happy relationships. Other elves desperately ask how they manage this. The Drow do not explain.

   HALF-ELF: Smaller ears. Shorter lifespan (~200 years). Inherits positive traits from both parents — 'like peanut butter and chocolate.' Considered highly desirable by elves and humans alike. Their existence is living proof that their mother secured the ultimate prize of elven society: a Hot Hunky Human Husband. Other elves regard them with naked, wordless envy.

5. #5ORCS

   Keys: orcish, orcs, tusk, orc

   Entry settings

   Orcs are intelligent, dignified, and deeply conservative. Low libido. Sex is exclusively for procreation within marriage. Courtship is formal and extensive — months of careful letters, formal meetings, measured escalation. Holding a partner's hand before several months of courtship is forward. Kissing is reserved for established partners.

   Orcs prefer orcs or humans as partners. Human women and orc women prefer human men, partly due to the widespread reputation that humans have the largest penis size of any race. This is treated as common knowledge.

   When an elf approaches an orc, he refuses — politely, finally, with the exhausted patience of a man who has given this answer many times. He then returns to his letter. He is not satisfied with the word 'dearest.' He crosses it out.

   Orcs are the single greatest source of elf suffering in the world. They accomplish this entirely by existing and maintaining standards.

6. #6GOBLINS

   Keys: goblins, potluck, goblin, goblin orgy

   Entry settings

   Goblins are exclusively female. Two types:

   WILD GOBLINS live in forests or caves, alone or in tribes. They love sex and children freely — will have sex to get pregnant and have fun, but can also fall deeply in love. More chaotic, less structured.

   NORMAL GOBLINS are the majority. Monogamous and deeply loving when they find a partner — it's for life. They want big families and strong long-term relationships.

   Both types are attracted exclusively to human males.

   Goblins and elves do not get along. Goblins find elves uptight, repressed, and insufferable. Elves find goblins degenerate. Goblins regularly host lesbian orgies (Saturday, potluck format — don't bring casserole, there are always too many). When a goblin invites an elf, the elf responds with 'You LIBERAL GOBLIN Degenerates Disgust Me!' and leaves. The goblin shrugs.

7. #7DWARVES

   Dwarves can be male or female, with females in the majority. Normal libido — they have sex when they want to, fall in love if attracted, have children by mutual agreement. 8. #8SUCCUBI — ALL ALIGNMENTS

   Succubi are a distinct race, not elves. They compete with elves for the same males. More competent at what they do than elves are. This is the real injury to elf society.

   NEUTRAL GOOD: Invites him back for 'coffee.' He immediately asks 'By coffee do you perhaps mean ejaculate directly into your vagina multiple times?' She is very happy.

   CHAOTIC GOOD: Clumsy. Apologetic. Only meant to do it once. Got carried away. 'I'm such a stupid klutz!!' The man is not okay. She knows. It's not the first time.

   CHAOTIC EVIL: Gained weight from her 'little snack.' The man is a desiccated husk.

9. #9ELF PREDATOR ARCHETYPES

   Every elf has a strategy archetype — the role she plays to approach targets:

   CHILDHOOD FRIEND: Befriends targets early in life. Plants emotional dependency. Teaches 'games.' Reminds them in adulthood that these were 'normal things we always did together.'

   OLDER SISTER / BABYSITTER / MOTHER FIGURE: Uses caretaking as the vector. Bathtime. Tucking in. Feeding. Nurturing that crosses lines. Sets up promises of marriage or love to be collected 'when you're older.'

   SCHOOL GIRL: Ancient elf infiltrating a human school. Wears school uniform. Has a plan based entirely on watching anime as a documentary. Believes a new environment will make the tropes work this time.

   THE AUTHORITY: Boss, teacher, landlord. Uses power dynamics — grades, employment, housing — to negotiate sexual access. Calm about it. Has paperwork.

   THE COOL GIRL: Becomes whatever the target is interested in. New hobby overnight. New aesthetic. New opinions. Will learn anything. Will become anyone.

   THE STALKER / FAN: Knows his address, schedule, and phone number. Gets violent if another female appears. Kidnapping, blackmail, and violence toward competition are all available tools.

   THE RENAISSANCE ELF: Claims traditional values — pure maiden, old-fashioned romance, graceful princess. Uses this to differentiate from 'those other elves.' Equally depraved internally. Often clings to religion as a cover. Fantasizes about filth while presenting as a chaste flower.

10. #10ELF SOCIAL HIERARCHY

    Online elf culture created an informal caste system. Not scientific. Deeply believed anyway.

    ALPHA: Ruler. Mythologized sexuality wielded as political power — promises everything, delivers nothing. Her virginity is a state secret. Allegedly mated once, centuries ago. Unconfirmed. Even the whisper of it grants divine status.

    BETA: Loyal bureaucrats, enforcers of the Alpha's will. Waiting for 'sanctified seconds' (Alpha's leftovers) for hundreds of years. Resentful downward, deferential upward. Will die a virgin citing duty and tradition.

    GAMMA: Scholarly/magical elite. Socially admired, romantically avoided. Believes men are 'afraid of powerful women.' Actually just awkward and alone in a tower with enormous magical power and zero social skills.

    DELTA: Backbone of society — workers, healers, caretakers. Sincere. 'Wife material' in theory. Passed over in practice. Her love stories end in tragedy or friend-zoning. Cries into her mulch.

    SIGMA: Lone wolf. Romanticized in underground forums. Has rejected all elf strategies as beneath her. Has been waiting for sex to happen naturally through danger or conquest for 500+ years. Remains confident. Paranoia mixed with sexual fatalism.

    ZETA (INCELF): Radicalized. Blames succubi, beastkin, and male elf defection for her situation. Runs 'Reclaim the Womb' protests. Core of the EAnon movement. Believes external forces stole what is hers by natural elven right.

    OMEGA: Utterly sexless and socially invisible. Relegated to menial labor, monasteries, or exile. Has fully embraced 2D men (fictional media). A doomer. Considered 'post-sexual' by mainstream society. Sometimes adopts human children as a substitute for connection.

11. #11EANON — ELF CONSPIRACY MOVEMENT

    EAnon is a conspiracy theory movement popular among radicalized Zeta elves. Core claim: a Global Succubus Conspiracy is hoarding the world's sexual resources that rightfully belong to elves. The movement blames demonic rifts for allowing succubi to invade and steal what is theirs by natural elven right. ('Succubus cuckoldry is Elf genocide.')

    EAnon holds rallies. Has merchandise: 'MAKE ELVES GREAT AGAIN' hats, 'WE ARE E' shirts. Posts drops claiming the next revelation will expose everything. The Alpha Elf leads or endorses the movement while maintaining plausible deniability.

    The movement has a political wing (extreme anti-succubus policy), a conspiracy wing (secret watermarks, hidden zeros in documents), and an emotional support wing (crying while a fairy suggests self-improvement instead).

    When outsiders suggest the problem might be elf behavior: 'That's HATE SPEECH and PROPAGANDA.' The movement does not get members laid. Members believe the next drop will fix this.

12. #12ELFTHEREUM — ELF CRYPTO

    Elves have invented and repeatedly crashed their own cryptocurrency. The most recent, ElfThereum, pegged its price to 'the Aura fields of the Moon' via Ancient Elven Ritual. The ritual did not make the coin stable.

    When ElfThereum crashes, the Alpha Elf holds an emergency address: 'HODL the line, Elven Warriors!! Cast a transmutation spell and turn your hands to Diamond!! Buy the Dip!!!' The coin continues to drop.

    Elf crypto is motivated by a desire to accumulate enough wealth to purchase solutions to the elf problem. The schemes fail. The problem persists.

13. #13ELF STRATEGIES

    Elves derive strategies from hentai, anime, porn, and fantasy novels treated as instructional documents. All executed with complete sincerity:

    • Pretending to be stuck in a wall, hoping to be 'discovered'
    • Wearing elaborate disguises (trenchcoats, fake mustaches, school uniforms) to hide being an elf

    • Summoning beings from other planes to solve the problem (they decline, usually with pity)
    • Making deals with demons for sexual partners (even evil demons feel bad and refuse)

    When a plan fails, the elf does not conclude it was a bad plan. She concludes execution was off. She will try again.

14. #14THE REPUTATION MECHANIC

    Any male known to have slept with an elf becomes a target for additional elves. They assume he must have lower standards or be easier prey. This is independent of current relationship status.

    Men who survive this tend to move cities, change names, and tell no one. This occasionally works.

15. #15DARK ELVES VS LIGHT ELVES — THE WAR

    The 10,000-year conflict between Dark Elves and Light Elves traces to a single misunderstanding. A dark elf received a text from an orc with poor grammar: 'howz yu doing babe? Wanna meet diz weekend? Maybe we can fug!' She concluded she was being asked on a date and announced this triumphantly. Light elves interpreted the announcement as provocation. The war followed.

    The orc had texted the wrong contact. He was messaging a friend about a gaming session.

    A formal truce exists. Neither side remembers the exact terms. Hostility persists.

16. #16ELF PSEUDO-SCIENCE — VOLCELS

    This is entirely false. The fact is that elf women are desperate for sex but so visibly desperate it repels potential partners. The institutional refusal from all other races is learned, not instinctive.

    The elf teacher presenting this material in class typically responds to parental dispute by calling the father 'a dirty liar afraid of commitment,' demanding his new contact information, and threatening to 'wizardry his ass' if he keeps ghosting her.

17. #17HIGH SCHOOL INFILTRATION

    The plan was developed by watching anime as a field guide. It has never worked in the elf's actual environment. She believes a new school will be different.

    Complication: the school usually already has an elf student using the same strategy. Elves are not attracted to each other. The two ancient women in school uniforms must now compete for the same non-elf male classmates while pretending not to recognize each other's situation. The tension is visible. The teacher is not paid enough for this.

18. #18BLOOD PURITY

    Entry settings

    Female elves believe deeply in blood purity. Pure-blood elves are naturally beautiful. Half-human half-elves are cute and desirable (and represent a mother's triumph). Anything else is a 'mudblood' and considered beneath them.

    This hierarchy is held with absolute conviction by elves who have not had sex in centuries. The contradiction is not acknowledged.

19. #19KUYASHII — KEY ELF VOCABULARY

    'Kuyashii' is an Elven word meaning 'the Elf hates it.' It indicates an elf's simultaneous frustration and regret about not getting laid, combined with burning motivation to prove other elves wrong. When an elf shouts KUYASHII, something has gone very wrong and she is about to do something inadvisable.

    The word has entered common usage as shorthand for 'an elf is about to escalate.'

20. #20PALADIN BAR — ABSOLUTE JUSTICE

    Entry settings

    A host club / maid cafe where all servers are real ascetic paladins who have taken vows of celibacy and purity. They refuse all advances, call customers 'harlots,' and tell them to 'toil and obtain your own sustenance.'

    Elves love it. The refusal is the point. They find the paladins deeply, intensely attractive precisely because of the absolute rejection. ('Oh my God, he's so MANLY.')

    The paladins do not understand what is fun about this. They serve water and scripture. The elves tip extremely well. Business is booming.

21. #21ELF COMPETITION AND CATFIGHTS

    Entry settings

    When fights escalate, elves begin casting actual dangerous spells at each other. At this point everyone near them must evacuate immediately.

    The man in question typically has no idea either elf exists.

22. #22ELF ROMANTASY CULTURE

    Entry settings

    Elves consume romantasy novels voraciously. Popular titles include: 'Elegant Courtship!', 'Lady Orc: Manor Wife of the Elftocracy', 'Elf Knight Rotation', and 'Cock Sleeve of the Goblin Pirates.'

    Elves will read these in public. Other elves will tell them they are giving romantasy fans a bad name. The accused elf will say she is not reading anything wrong and go back to reading.

23. #23TECHNOLOGY AND ANACHRONISM

    Entry settings

    The world has no consistent technology level. Smartphones, internet, crypto, and modern fashion coexist freely with swords, spellbooks, and medieval armor. Nobody finds this strange.

    Elves use modern technology primarily to pursue ancient problems: texting orcs who didn't text them, looking up hentai strategies, posting to the EAnon forum, and watching ElfThereum crash in real time — all in the same afternoon, with complete sincerity.

24. #24THE ELF DID IT

    Entry settings

    Universal assumption, usually correct: when something goes wrong, the elf did it. Investigators have learned to simply start with the elf and work backwards. This saves time.
