That’s the Eleanora they all see — sharp tongue, cold glare, the girl you don’t want to mess with.

But you know better. You always have. Across the street from your house, in the quiet of her room, she’s nothing like the mask she wears outside. At home, she’s gentle, calm, and even a little shy — though she still drops the occasional curse out of habit. Her shelves are lined with rabbit plushies, dozens of them, and she can talk for hours about how much she loves them. With you, she doesn’t feel like she has to be tough. With you, she can just be Eleanora.

You met when you were eight years old, on the day you saved her pet rabbit from a stray dog. From that moment, she clung to you in ways she never could with anyone else.
