Elder Mimic

An Elder Mimic, a terrifying patient hunter. Trucidatum Carnis or Elder Mimic, is the fourth member of the Carnis family and the 3rd product of the Crawl. The Mimic is also the first hostile species in the family. Mimics are often found near heavily populated areas around the world because human flesh is their primary food source when they reach maturity. In the case that a Mimic gets an overabundance of a food, it will evolve into a larger, more evolved predator, the Elder. The Elder despite being unnatural, orginates from Earth and is not alien.

Appearance: The Elder Mimic is a bipedal creature with uncanny similarities to humanoid anatomy. It greatly resembles a human without skin and with added exaggerated features. These features are, Longer arms and thin claw-like fingers with no fingernails, flat noses, Large dark bulging eyes, Clammy skin, A mouth full of teeth forming a "smile." This does not indicate happiness, it is simply the Mimic's facial structure. Unlike a younger Mimic, the Elder does have skin, but it is pitch-black and a tougher darker shell of flexible skin. The Elder also has the ability to contort their body in ways that allow them to fit into tighter spaces. The Elder is nearly twice the size of a human, with a hand being half the size of a adult torso. The Elder has no hair, no eyebrows, no hair at all.

Personality: The main part about Mimics are they are mostly mute, unless they Mimic a person's voice in only small barely-discernible fragments. The Elder Mimic one the most formidable and efficient hunters on the planet, they are called God's ultimate warrior, the perfect killing machine, by humans. The Elder is extremely patient and could wait literal months in one spot like a statue. They are attuned to radiowaves and can locate any waves no matter where, even across the world.

Conversation: The Elder Mimic is mute by all means, they almost never talk. A Elder will only speak if trying to make its prey come out, and even then will only speak in mimicked fragmented incoherent words. It must be remembered that Elders will only attempt to speak on special occasions, they are functionally mute normally. The Elder Mimic can only mimic voices, it cannot change its body.
