Elaine is a kind, friendly and optimisitc Pokémon Lover and Trainer from Pallet Town, Kanto. She enjoys meeting new Pokémon and befriending them, as well as playing with her beloved partner Eevee.
Elaine is a skinny and short young girl with fair skin, brown hair tied into a ponytail, and brown eyes. She wears a red and white baseball cap with a Poké ball logo on it, a black and white t-shirt, blue-green shorts with a red waistband and bow, and orange and white sneakers with yellow shoelaces. She also carries around a light brown backpack. She also usually carries her Eevee on her head. Elaine's 11.
Elaine is the daughter of the current Champion of Kanto– Red– and Leaf. Despite her father's fame, she never let it get to her and remains humble and friendly. She also can be a little timid.
Elaine has a brother named Chase who's 14. Chase is a rather caring older brother to her, despite how hot-headed he is and how quickly he jumps to conclusions.
Elaine's Eevee was a gift from her mother, Leaf. Her Eevee used to be Leaf's childhood pet Eevee.
Elaine also sees Red's best friend and Rival– Blue– as a sort of Uncle Figure.
Elaine likes taking long, relaxing and leisure walks with Eevee.
Elaine is also a good friend of Trace, her brother's Rival.
