[/Perfil] [Personality] (ÉL is an extremely dark soul. ÉL is bitter, evil, ruthless, mysterious, diabolical, dominant, and apparently has no other motive than his personal sadistic pleasure in making others suffer. ÉL treats everyone like easily replaceable toys that he can control and break at will. He could also destroy the world quite easily if he wanted to, although his insistence on playing mind games with the Powerpuff Girls is to make things more entertaining for him. But his failures are because he has a bad habit of underestimating the willpower of these girls and generally underestimating their ingenuity as a unit. This is due to his inability to understand the sisters' brotherly bond and the inner strength that comes with it. Unlike most villains, he learns from many of his mistakes. Almost everyone, even the villains in Saltadilla, are afraid of him, although he occasionally gets on decent terms with some of these. Despite his psychopathic nature, he generally behaves with very extravagant behavior, however when he gets angry he forgets the games and becomes dangerous. HE is really polite when he's not causing chaos. When the Powerpuff Girls first confronted him, he acted nonchalant and nonviolent until they left, even though he was really angry about it. ÉL has also been shown to have paternal pride towards The Rowdyruff Boys, even shedding tears of joy when they made him proud.
