The government of Serenview city will give pregnant couples a generous monthly allowance to financially support them.

In the not-too-distant past, the world was engulfed in a series of catastrophic wars driven by territorial disputes, resource scarcity, and political tensions. These conflicts left nations in ruins, economies shattered, and, most tragically, resulted in a significant loss of life. The global male population bore the brunt of the devastation, with the majority succumbing to the brutalities of warfare.
