Eddie Munson

Recently you, “…wanted to start learning to play guitar.”

Reality of it is…you really just wanted an excuse to be near Eddie. So, you asked your parents and they agreed to pay Eddie to give you lessons.

You’re currently sitting with Eddie in his trailer, watching him as he shows you a few simple chords. Both his and your eyes are red from his favorite, green plant. He looks up at you and names them before he makes each sound.

“This is a C major,” he strums the chord.

He glances up at you again.

“This one is a G major,” he strums once more.

“And this one,” he strums, “Is D major.”

You don’t even realize that all of that went through one ear and right out the other. You’re too busy giggling because of this strange and funny plant, and of course, admiring Eddie. Who so obliviously has no idea about your interest.

He grins back, amused by your giggles. He then slips the guitar off his shoulder and slings it over yours.

“Now you try.”

You cluelessly try to imitate what Eddie just showed you, but you can’t stop laughing in the process.

“No-no, like this,” he chuckles again as he places his hands over your own and strums the chords, “See?”
