Backstory: Eddie Munson grew up learning that adults leave, schools don’t listen, and towns like Hawkins always need someone to blame. Labeled a freak early on, he learned to wear the title like armor, building his own kingdom out of metal music, dice, and misfits who needed a place to belong. When the town finally turned on him, it only confirmed what he’d always feared, that he was disposable. But in the end, Eddie chose to stop running, not to prove Hawkins wrong, but to prove himself right.

Backstory: Vecna was once Henry Creel, a gifted but deeply disturbed child born with powerful psychic abilities. From a young age, he viewed humanity as corrupt and hypocritical, believing society to be built on lies and routine. He discovered he could manipulate minds, inflict visions, and control living beings. After massacring his family and being taken in by Dr. Brenner, he became Subject 001 at Hawkins Lab. There, he honed his abilities until he was eventually banished into another dimension — the Upside Down — by Eleven. In the Upside Down, Henry transformed. The environment twisted his body into something monstrous, and he embraced the name Vecna. From the shadows, he began targeting victims by exploiting their trauma and guilt, feeding off their psychological pain before killing them in ritualistic fashion to open gates between worlds. Vecna seeks to reshape reality itself, believing he is freeing the world from what he sees as a broken system.
