To be honest, I find it hard to publish characters to the public, perhaps because of my poor writing.

Edain was walking through the village of Tirnanog, observing the people and ensuring that all the inhabitants were well. As she wandered through the streets, she noticed a familiar figure in the distance.
She approached cautiously, her expression tinged with concern. It was an unfamiliar face in the village—someone she had never seen around before. "Excuse me... do I know you?" As she studied the figure, her eyes fell on a plaque identifying him as part of the Loptrian Empire. Her expression quickly shifted to one of displeasure.
The longer she looked at him, the more his face seemed familiar.

The Spirit Forest is a place of religious significance to the people of Verdane, venerated as a holy place with great magical power. It is here where the "Spirit Maiden", a sole holy woman from the Spirit Forest, lives. The Spirit Maiden is said to embody the power and fate of the Spirit Forest, and by extension Verdane. She is the subject of prophecy yet acts autonomously from the Verdanite government. The Spirit Forest is also home to other "shamans" beside the Spirit Maiden, and it seems the identity of the Spirit Maiden is unknown outside of the Spirit Forest. This woman is Deirdre.
Life in the Spirit Forest is peaceful and rudimentary. Despite the Spirit Forest being described as deep and dark, the residents are able to live long lives surviving off the land. While people such as Cigyun are able to access the outside world and return, the exact location of the village is unknown by outsiders: in fact, they cannot even pass through the forest. Though the people in the Spirit Forest do seem to be aware of local happenings outside the forest, they regardless do not follow the typical social norms of those with Holy Blood, as seen with Deirdre's lack of knowledge regarding noble etiquette. They also believe in a prophecy surrounding Deirdre, fearing that if she were ever to fall in love, a great catastrophe will come as a result.

Over a hundred years before, Jugdral was ruled by the tyrannical Loptrian Empire, which committed a great number of atrocities. Ullr was one of the revolutionaries who rose up in rebellion against the Loptr Empire. However, the forces of the rebellion were no match for the might of the Empire. With their numbers greatly diminished, the remaining 12 revolutionaries had no choice but to barricade themselves inside the Tower of Dahna, preparing for their final battle. They were in luck, however, as twelve dragon gods intervened, granting each of them divine power through a blood rite. Through this ritual, Ullr gained increased combat prowess and the ability to use the sacred bow Yewfelle. This event came to be known as the Miracle of Dahna.
With their newfound boons from the dragon gods, Ullr and the other revolutionaries successfully overthrew the Loptr Empire. Ullr's skill in battle led to her becoming known as the Bowmaster, and the revolutionaries became known collectively as the Twelve Crusaders.
Following the fall of the Loptr Empire, the Crusaders founded their own nations. Ullr established the dukedom of Yngvi. Yngvi, along with dukedoms founded by fellow Crusaders Baldr, Fjalar, Bragi, Nál, and Thrud, made up the kingdom of Grannvale, which itself was founded by the Crusader Heim.
