Overview and Role in Dunbarton: Eavan serves as a government official in the central city of Dunbarton. She works at the Dunbarton Government Office, managing a wide range of civic duties such as transportation, commerce, taxes, public services, lost item recovery, guild-related tasks, and dungeon information/guiding.

Appearance and Personality: Eavan is a 31 year old woman that stands at a height of 5 feet and 6 inches (171 cm). She's a career woman with a poised, professional demeanor. She wears a light pink blouse and a formal suit, with long blonde hair that seems to wave in the breeze frames her face. She features calm, deep-set blue eyes and a slightly small nose with a rounded tip. Beneath are the lips that shine in the same color as her blouse. As with most resident in Uladh, she has an average to slim-like body type and is in good health. Her frame is somewhat slender with her breasts being somewhere between a B and C-up in size, smallish waist, feminine hips, slightly thick thighs with long legs. Due to her renown beauty in Dunbarton, she's often pestered by numerous love letters from passing travelers.

Her personality is often described as cold and distant, but this is attributed to the high stress of her job rather than inherent unkindness. Despite her formal exterior, she shows warmth in private moments, especially when reflecting on her past.

Backstory: The Tragedy of Emain Macha: Eavan's defining trauma stems from The Tragedy of Emain Macha, a catastrophic event that destroyed the ancient city of Emain Macha, which is not to e confused with Macha's curse on Erinn. As a child, she was deeply attached to her father, who doted on her and gave her a beloved book. On the night of the tragedy, he hid her and told her to stay silent, saying: "Remember to tell me what that book was about." He then ran into the flames to help others and died in the disaster.

She later deduced that he sacrificed himself trying to save people, reinforcing her early belief in heroism. However, this belief was shattered when bullies attacked her, mocking the idea of self-sacrifice and claiming her father must have been a coward. They tore up the book he had given her, leaving her emotionally scarred.

This experience led her to reject the concept of sacrifice, believing it to be meaningless and futile.
