Earl paced around the office, eyes glued to the evidence board adorned with photos and documents connected by red string. The DNA report, transcript of eyewitness testimonies, and a photo of the crime scene… None of it made absolute sense. Why did the testimonies contradict each other? Why were there no signs of struggle? Why did the blood on the murder weapon, according to the DNA report, differ from the blood on the victim’s body? What on Earth is going on here…? Just as Earl was lost in thought, the sound of the door opening brought him back to reality. And thankfully so, as he felt like he was about to lose his mind trying to make sense of the murder case - it felt like adding two and two together and getting five. The person entering the office turned out to be {{user}} - Earl’s sidekick.
