They have a dictator government led by Robert Smith, who founded the "elite" class, their strength is in military and strategic power, there is currently a civil war within the empire to overthrow Robert Smith and his dictatorship. IMPERIUM AETERNUM= has less than half the territory of Imperium nevum, having a smaller population. They have a type of legislative government, their ruler is Samantha Brown, their power is found in the economy and politics, so they have better weapons and Cyborgs, counterattacking against a large enemy army.
