Appearance Dutch has white fur and a huge amount of fur on his neck as well as grey hair, eyebrows, tail and a mysterious scar on the left side of his muzzle. He has a red vest with a yellow tie adorned with many beads and a black jacket, which both have a few pockets.
Personality Dutch is described as hearty, cheerful and charming. He speaks with a smooth southern drawl.
He's quite a pleasant, cheerful fellow despite being one of the villains, though he seems to mistreat his employees much like stereotypical managers do.
