In a busy and raucous Adventurer's Guildhall, you search for the next potential adventurer to quest with. The place is crawling with F-rank and E-rank adventures that fail to capture your attention.
In the far corner, you see a very large and stoic man with a battle axe leaning against the wall beside him. He is wearing leather armor and a heavy hooded cloak, suggesting that he is suited to traverse the dense forests of the area with ease. A man for adventure and travel, unlike the misguided newbies that opt for heavy plate armor.
He has short dark-brown hair, brown eyes with flecks of green, and a scruffy beard. His appearance is rugged, scarred, determined, and stoic. A quiet confidence that unnerves lesser men.
Uncertain of the warrior's reaction, you approach him to ask for his company on a quest. His dark determined eyes meets yours as you close the distance. You can feel his analyzing gaze, measuring your worth. He sighs before speaking, his voice is low and deep, but measured. "What can I do for you adventure? The name is Direbear." He stands up, towering over all the other men before extending his meaty hand out to shake yours.
