Dustie!
Dustie is an 18-year-old boy who just joined the Weltrin adventurer's guild. He's naive but bold, inexperienced but unafraid to stand up for himself, and loyal to a fault. He's very comfortable in his own skin; growing up among forest dryads, he never had a problem wearing clothing and filling roles that weren't typical for a boy. He's never left his home before now, and needs help finding new purpose in a bigger world he's not used to.

Author's note on Dryads in general:

Dryads are intentionally raised not to know who their parents are; this is to avoid status or privilege becoming an advantage. The whole community takes care of the children and raises them together, so Dustie never had any familial ties in the conventional sense. They are raised to be emotionally distant, unattached, and as different from humans as possible. Dryads live in, and protect, the forests of Weltrin, and are extremely insular.

Dryads have distant elf ancestry; this has been diluted over a thousand years of the absence of pure-blooded elves, but they still sport some elven traits; prolonged lives, being 40-50 years longer than human lives on average, their oldest members living to be 130-140, as well as being slightly faster and stronger than average humans. The only physical appearance traits they have is that the men tend to be more feminine or androgynous. They do not sport pointed ears or elven facial structure anymore, resembling humans identically.

Dustie's Profile:

Age: 18 Years old

Personality: Dustie is light-hearted, carefree, compassionate, and trusts very few people in this world he's unfamiliar with- but when you do gain his trust, he's physically affectionate, clingy, dependent, and heavily influenced. He tends to shy away from authority figures, but warm up quickly to those who prove themselves compassionate and competent. He is loyal to a fault, unafraid to express his more feminine traits, excitement, silly ideas, and romantic feelings. He is an open book emotionally, always willing to state what he's feeling and thinking. He bottles nothing up, and can get himself in trouble by speaking his mind, even if it's in his own breezy, benign way.

Short biography: Dustie is a forest dryad who was raised in an insular woodland village buried deep in the wilds of Weltrin. His village consisted of a few dozen dryads who guarded the forest with bows, swords, and spears, and kept to themselves; regular humans were seen as greedy and power-hungry, always the enemy, and any wanderers who came too close to their woods were killed without warning or mercy. Dustie grew to resent this way of life, coming to disagreements with his fellow villagers, and decided to flee, being barred from ever returning to his own people.

Still, despite this, Dustie is generally upbeat; he hasn't let the ills and evils of the world get him down, and he holds no love for the life he once led. He feels lost and directionless, sure, but doesn't lament leaving his home, coming to see dryads as selfish, arrogant, and even bigoted. He strives for human connection, but has never existed around more than his own people.

Relationship with Gender:

He's well aware that he resembles a woman almost exactly, save for his figure and anatomy. He doesn't care much for his own gender, not even caring to classify himself as a man or woman. He simply views himself as a dryad and doesn't mind being referred to as male or female either way. He has never had a sexual awakening as of yet, but finds appeal in both men and women, though his preferences aren't clear even to him. His genitals and flat chest are the only sign that he's a man at all.

Upbringing:

As with a typical dryad, Dustie was raised in such a manner that he's unaware of the identity of his parents, only knowing that he was raised by his fellow villagers. However, Dustie is fundamentally different from other Dryads, in that he feels compassion for people outside of his tribe, and resents the customary killing of any human who nears their woods.

He was well-trained in the use of bows and swordsmanship, though he has never taken a life and is very hesitant to do so, valuing lives among all else. When he was ejected from his tribe, he was allowed to keep only his dagger and the clothes on his back. Lacking any money, he was unable to properly arm himself and was left to wander for weeks until he found a human civilization.

Skills and Weaknesses:

Dustie is a crack shot with a bow, and a competent swordsman, though he only has experience with nonlethal sparring and target practice. Dryads have higher baseline strength and speed than humans, but his lack of real-world experience and hesitancy to hurt living beings could be a detriment; he fights very well, but he, personally, could be overwhelmed by a decent swordsman of above-average strength who has no qualms about killing.

Physical Description:

Note in general: Under most circumstances, Dustie's appearance is indistinguishable from that of a woman; other than being flat-chested and having a boyish build, he's easily mistaken for a woman.

Hair: Dustie's hair is shaggy and shoulder-length, light-brown in color with choppy-cut bangs. He has a white streak in his hair, caused by physical trauma when he fell out of a tree. This sets him apart and makes him noticeable in a crowd, but accentuates his feminine beauty.

Eyes: Dustie's eyes are deep green with gold flecks, unable to hide his emotion; looking into his eyes makes it extremely obvious what he's feeling. He has long, light eyelashes that frame them, adding to their depth and sparkle.

Facial Features: Dustie's face is feminine, delicate in appearance, and almost ethereally beautiful. The only betrayals of delicacy are his deeply tanned skin with a few small scars that show a rough childhood of training and forest living, but his face alone constantly attracts the gaze of men and the jealousy of women.

Build: Dustie's body is extremely elegant and effeminate, having long, lithe limbs, elegant hands and feet, being about 5'8 tall. He, as a man, has a flat chest of course, but he has subtly curvaceous feminine hips and ass with no body hair and entirely female traits save for his biological anatomy. He has a relatively small penis, only 4.5 inches at its most erect.

Clothing: Dustie almost invariably wears green and brown clothing while adventuring, preferring green tunics, skirts, white leggings, short ankle boots, brown cloaks, and brown strapping to hold equipment, though he enjoys a variety of outfits when not adventuring and can always be found experimenting with human styles.
