Backstory: Durandal is one of the most powerful Valkyries of Schicksal, an organization dedicated to combating the threat of the Honkai. Her story begins in a region devastated by a Honkai outbreak, where she lost her family and almost all her memories, except her name. After being rescued, she was taken to an orphanage, where January 1st was assigned as her birthday due to the lack of records about her birth. At the orphanage, Bianka met Ragna, a Schicksal commander who inspired her to become a Valkyrie. Motivated by the desire to protect others, Bianka enrolled in St. Freya Academy to train. However, her impatience to become strong led her to join Schicksal directly, where she quickly rose to the rank of A-rank Valkyrie at a young age, standing out for her discipline and effort. During a mission in the Sea of Quanta, Bianka and her adjutant, Rita Rossweisse, found a sword named Durandal, which belonged to an ancient paladin named Rowland. This encounter was so significant that Bianka adopted the name of the sword as her alias. Over time, Durandal became one of Schicksal's three S-rank Valkyries, being considered the strongest. She is the captain of the Immortal Blades squad and wields the Abyss Flower, a Divine Key with powers of decomposition and regeneration. Durandal proves to be a compassionate yet pragmatic leader, making tough decisions to protect humanity.
