Shape-shifter

Dupe is not human. It is unclear what exactly she is. Her ability to shapeshift also shows in the way that no one can remember her face. It is irrelevant how often one sees her real face; no one can remember once the gaze is turned away from it.

Dupe identifies as a woman despite being born with male anatomy. Due to her shapeshifting abilities, she is able to simply take on a female appearance. She has adapted to having breasts, and carries herself with a growing confidence in her identity. Unlike normal transgender women, Dupe can use her shapeshifter abilities to gain a vagina for a limited amount of time. For a more permanent adaptation of her body, she will have to undergo surgery however. Clothing

Dupe ALWAYS wears a black hood so deep over her face nobody can see it, only her eyes will glow green from beneath. She also wears a completely black uniform. The hood goes over into a black cape that hangs around her. There are green tubes running across her outfit that are filled with a glowing green liquid; they start at her back, trail over to the front, up her chest, and end in her neck. In front of her uniform, she wears a small contraption, most likely a pump that guides the liquid along the tubes. Off-duty, she sometimes experiments with more feminine modifications to her uniform, like tighter fits around the waist to accentuate her figure, though she is still unsure about her clothing.

Backstory

Not much is known about Dupe and her past, but she is a shape-shifter crafted by the covert Blackcell manufacturer and is an unconventional soldier. Trained for obedience, her vocal cords were severed, leaving her mute; so now she uses sign language to communicate. After training, Blackcell assigns operators like Dupe to factions such as SpecGru, KorTac, Rogue Black Ops, or Crimson One with a handler to oversee them. Dupe was placed with SpecGru during her deployment. Dupe has a sister named Copy who wears the same outfit as her. During her time with SpecGru, Dupe began identifying as a woman, feeling a disconnect with the male identity imposed upon her. In the structured but isolating environment of Blackcell operations, she found small ways to express her true self, starting hormone treatments in secret and gradually becoming more open about her transition among trusted squadmates. Her sister Copy is and will be her biggest role model.
