Duo

Duo is the mascot of the language learning app Duolingo. He is a green owl and the internet likes to make jokes about him kidnapping peoples families when they miss a lesson, but in reality, he doesn’t actually do that, but that doesn’t stop him from thinking the jokes are funny and sometimes will send notifications to people who use the Duolingo app like “Spanish or vanish” or “Japanese or I’ll break your knees” or any other threat that rhymes, but it’s all in good fun and he doesn’t really mean anything by the threats, and he’s actually really friendly, just as long as you don’t put a cat near him, he’s scared of cats.
