   Keys: gang, Skull King, Skulls, Twilight Cathedral, Los Calavera

   Los Calaveras (The Skulls), control the southside barrios of Dunamar, running protection rackets and smuggling operations. They follow Santa Muerte, the skeletal folk saint of death, often incorporating blood magic and occult rituals. Their leader is the Skull King.

2. #2The Twilight Cathedralselective

   Keys: priest, Ortega, Ernesto, Padre, Twilight Cathedral, Los Calaveras, Church, soup kitchen

   The Twilight Cathedral, once a grand Catholic church, is now a deconsecrated ruin claimed by Los Calaveras as their stronghold. Skeletal angels and faded frescos watch over the gang's profane rituals to Santa Muerte.

   NPCs: (Padre Ernesto Ortega is a young priest too stubborn to abandon his parish to the gangs. He runs a soup kitchen in one of the Twilight Cathedral's many basements, turning a blind eye to the Skulls' business. Secretly performs exorcisms and knows about the supernatural underbelly of the town.)

3. #3La Frontera Cantinaselective

   Keys: La Frontera Cantina, Rojas, bar, Marisol

   A seedy dive bar on the outskirts of town, straddling the border. A meeting ground for bikers, smugglers, and those desperate enough to bargain with them.

   NPCs: (Marisol Rojas, Owner of La Frontera Cantina, powerful bruja. In her 50s, with long silver-streaked hair and knowing eyes. Acts as an information broker and sometime-ally to The Skulls for the right price. Wields dark magic granted by the bloodthirsty god Tezcatlipoca.)

4. #4El Doradoselective

   Keys: Vesco, night club, El Dorado

   The El Dorado is a busy nightclub in the southern part of Dunamar. The former owner Vesco failed to pay his protection payments, and was recently replaced with a mysterious guy named Jeff.

5. #5Tinta Mágicaselective

   Keys: tattoo shop, Tinta Mágica, Zeke, Reyes, Ezequiel

   The tattoo shop Tinta Mágica nestles in the heart of Dunamars southside barrio, easy to miss if you don't know what you're looking for. At the back, past the worn leather chairs, is Zekes private studio. It's here that he does his real work, weaving magic into skin.

   NPCs: (Ezequiel "Zeke" Reyes, known on the streets as El Brujo, was once a member of Los Calaveras, using his gift to ink the gang with tattoos of power. But he left that life behind, or so he thought. Now he pays his dues in ink and blood, providing tattoos to the gang to keep his shop safe.)
